The food was hot and fresh, the service was fast and the employees were very friendly and wore smiles on their faces. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my visit. Ordered carryout using the website. Dining room was locked. Had to walk through the drive thru with my dog, waiting 20 minutes, only for them to tell me they didn’t have my order and ask me what website I used to place the order. Only burger king in battle creek to. Now I don't since they hired an ex employee from McDonald's pennfield ERICA W. a heroin user who got fired leaving her used needles in the bathroom and in the cooking area. Got fired now works at this location. Kids don't need to eat there happy meals with a herion needle in there burgers. She stole money from McDonald's had the employees held for 3 hrs after work. Anyone who eats here or at McDonald's during before September 2023 sue em. Deb can't lie about Eric at McDonald's there's evidence

I'm sitting in this drive way line right now. I have been here for 15 mins. There is a huge line behind me. The employees did not even acknowledge I was at the call box for ten mins until I said something. I would leave but I'm blocked in from the line of cars behind me. When I said hello then they replied to me but just said they are short staffed and asked me to wait a few more mins. There are no customers inside at all. This is a nightmare. Later edit. After another 5 mins I finally called to them again and asked if I can be let out of the line. He said he can take my order now and assured it would not take long. I only ordered two sandwiches and a wrapped. At the check out window for another 10 mins so far. They won't even acknowledge I'm here or take my card. I'm literally about to have a panic attack. I can't even get out of this line. I have never even left a Google review or review on anybody or any restaurant before because I just don't care that much. I also pride myself on not acting like a Karen but this is absolutely the worst service I've ever had in my 41 years of life. I just at this point and putting this review up here in the hopes that somebody at corporate will see this and please hire some more people or something. I'm going to freak the hell out if I don't get out of this line within the next 5 minutes. Update. They finally did give me my order and I left but while waiting there for yet another 7 minutes or so I started reading the rest of these Google reviews so I threw the food away after I left. Outside of the bad service I'm seeing a lot of other problems with this restaurant and I don't trust the food. I also DoorDash sometimes and I am now remembering that it's pretty much been like this every time I've picked up. I do the per hour version of DoorDash so I get paid while I'm waiting so I never worried about it that much but I have waited 30 minutes in their line before anybody even acknowledges me. That time I also got a bad survey myself in DoorDash from that customer because by the time I dropped his food off everything was all cold and hard and he blamed me for that. Look I'm really not trying to turn into a karen about this. all I'm saying is if you're that short staffed the very least you can do is acknowledge your customer when they're there and inform them that your short staffed and that you're happy to take their order but it will take a while giving the customer the opportunity to choose whether or not they're willing to wait or not. That's all! Like I just want to be acknowledged that you know I'm even there. Service: 1

I've giving this Burger King four stars because it's a lot better than the one in Three Rivers. It was pretty clean, which surprised me, and they got my order correct , and quickly. They are also doing a good job practicing social distancing, as they're currently doing to go orders only.

They go so freaking slow and they always have to remake it. I'm never coming to this Burger King again. I probably won't ever go to any Burger King ever again because people that work there are extremely unfriendly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I feel bad to leave a review like this, as this has been one of the main BK's for me growing up... That being said, between Covid and the lack of a workforce that is willing to work, the employees were fantastic because they were Honest and Real... that however refreshing it is for people to not make things up as to why the store itself has gone down hill so badly... the bottom line is it was not a clean restaurant, the employees appeared unkept for the most part, and the Manager/Shift Manager probably most of all... I am saddened to see this happen, and if this is what it is going to be like maybe BK should regroup and find a new Push, because this was the one good one left in Battle Creek, and now... I don't even want to go there... Super Sad!! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Shut it down... microwaved my double whopper so long mayo bubbling hot, bottom of bun soaked and always an issue at this run down location. ALWAYS!!!
