No one in the restaurant and it took 10 min just to have my order taken, the soda machine one had 1 option for lime coke and the slushy machine was broken. When I tried to explain the sodas not working the girl looked at me as if she had no comprehension of the words coming from my lips. Horrible customer service!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Mike behind the counter was excellent, friendly, patient, and has a positivity about him that few people display in a fast food setting these days. One person like that can change an entire shift for the better, day in and day out. They should also be the best paid employees to keep them around. probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever tasted — why are the croissants soggy and wet? there isn’t any sort of sauce on these. the bacon isn’t cooked enough and is limp and soggy as well the hash browns were completely soaked in grease/oil. as you can see from them soaking through the bag. Absolutely disgusting. I came for my kids because they love fast food when we are out and the entirety of the order was thrown in the trash. I was just a kid when Burger King came to my town and we all loved it. Unfortunately, it has gone so far downhill. Burgers always dry and have sat too long. The chicken I had, dry as a bone and tasted horrible. Fries cold, and overall appearance of food is awful. Another blast from my past gone! I usually know what to expect when going through a drive through for fast food, it's a subpar quick "sandwich". This was one of the worst drive through experiences I've ever had. I ordered super simply a #6 small meal with a sprite and a #4 just the sandwich...and you would have thought I was speaking an unknown language from Jupiter. I got two receipts and overpaid for what I received. I paid for a coke that I didn't even want or received, got a sprite and the one sandwich and nothing else...so I spoke to the drive through lady about the receipt because it only had one sandwich, fries and two drinks on it and only got a burger and sprite...ended up having to pay extra for a chicken sandwich which should have been part of the small meal i ordered in the first place. I'm just baffled with the fact they would have someone run a drive through that can speak 4 words of English. Everything I ordered was itemized as not a meal and full price.

It's Burger King food, I don't have high expectations. The window employee today around 4pm was super nice, and not in an overbearing way.
