There has been 2 times that my food was wrong or just plain missing. I got a whopper and there was no hamburger patty,just the bun and veggies and the on Friday I got a another whopper and the bun was hard as a rock and then went in to get my free meals for the mess up and they got that order wrong as well . Will never eat there again ever!!! I'm going to the other burger King Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I've came here just a couple of times. Everytime the food tastes old. Fries seems like they been sitting there for a while. I asked for sauce in the drive thru, they always seem to forget it and I don't realize till I'm long gone driving. I think the other location in Twin has fresher food.

Wanted their ghost pepper whopper, which was on their menu, but the gal working claimed they were no longer selling them, yet it was clearly up on the menu, disappointing 😑 when asked why it was still on the menu she simply said ya I don't know why it's still up there. Ordered a chicken sandwich for my daughter and this is the patty they put on. The manager said they cut the chicken patties in half when they run low. This did not look to be cut, broken in half, maybe. It looked like a few bites were taken out of it. My daughter asked me to take her to a nice restaurant next time. 🤣 This has not been my experience at the other Burger King in town. I believe this one has a disgruntled employee.

The cashier could not hear me at the order box. My #2 texas burger had bacon that wasnt cooked thoroughly. Their onion rings taste like soggy funions. Also, have you noticed the size of their fry boxes have gotten smaller!? The large is the size that a small was about 3 years ago!
