Not a good experience. The drive thru individual failed to inform us that they were out of ice before placing our order. When at the window they gave us a drink without ice, which isn't terrible, but at least let us know beforehand. After giving us the order we were told about the ice. There were two orders of fries only one was filled. We thought they were in the bottom of the bag....not there. We paid for two fries and only received one full and a second with a trace at the bottom of the container. Lastly, my fish sandwich or at least that's what it was supposed to be. The fish was so dry it was rubbery and inedible. I don't like fast food but will try it on occasion during travel. This experience gives the hard-working fast food industry a bad name.

Ordered Texas double Whopper, got Double Whopper with hardly any ketchup. Return it wanting the Texas. Got this. Get an extra Star cuz they were pretty quick about it.

I'm a big fan of BK but unfortunately the morning service in this store deserves a low score. With only one car in front of me, it took almost ten minutes to get my order. For those of us in a rush to get to work on the morning, this is s big no-no. To give you guys a comparison, I saw 4 cars exit the drive thru at the McDonald's across the street. Will definitely not come here for breakfast when in a rush. Otherwise, the food was great and the staff was friendly.
