I love Burger King Whoppers! I always have. My problem is I could eat them every day. So I have to limit myself to maybe once every couple of months. This time was no exception. My Double Whopper with Cheese was incredible! BUT…. My fries were a little cold. That is why I gave this review 4 stars. The good news is…. The service was GREAT! The guy at the cash register was super friendly. The guy that brought the food to the counter handed it to me and said thank you. Great customer service. I just wish I had hot fries. No communication, not prepared. Staff is only interested on themselves instead of serving. The corporate lingo being practiced. I wouldn’t mind waiting for my food if the staff was honest: “hey we are slow and our cooks have ‘t cooked in a while”. Honesty goes a long way! On a handful of workers here are nice. And a couple that need more customer service training. I went during breakfast and I ordered lunch food. And clearly the lady was upset that I was ordering lunch food during breakfast. I come here often and half of the time I’m missing food or my order isn’t right. I was refused service for being “too busy”. They only had 3 cars in the drive through and no one else inside. One lady was nice and went to try and ring us up and the manager scolded her stating that we are too busy and can’t take any orders. The breakfast food when going to the drive through is usually cold and the hash browns are hard like they have been sitting out for a while and for what they charge for food isn’t worth going here anymore. Literally sat in the drive thru waiting for 10 minutes for someone to take my order.. Took my order and she got it wrong, didn't give me a receipt, and the lady that gave me my food was unfriendly and rude. NEVER going back. Service: 1
