They were fast with large order and did well with communication. We went through the drive through and communicated that it would take a bit longer. She directed us to pull around, but did not specify where. So i walked in and let them know I was waiting in the lobby. The place was pretty clean, a lot cleaner than McDonald's! We ordered 2 chicken nuggets and they bagged them really oddly. Four of them were not edible, they were very thin and hard as a rock so we tossed them in the trash and had to eat something else. I hope the employees can be more cautious of what they are bagging in the future. If you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it. I went for a burger. A girl named Kelsey was working. She was beyond rude and just said, what do you want… not a hello, how are you, what would you like… just, what do you want. Very unpleasant experience and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable. I tried to ask if the burger came with Mayo or not and she was very condescending with how she spoke. Not sure if she’s having a bad night or what but she shouldn’t be working in service if she’s going to treat customers badly. I will not return to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is where we normally come so my kids can play too. Food was a disapointment today. Sandwich was soggy, fries defintely sat there for a while and were cold. The girl working apologized for not being able to bring our food into the play place like normal, as she was the only one working the front. I'll happily go grab my own food. I don't expect them to bring that to me. But food was definitely lacking , most likely because there weren't enough people working. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I don't like being lied too, and to this date my issue is unresolved. I have not received a refund for my food order that was never filled, I fill like Burger King is ran by thieves and deceitful people who take your money under false pretenses with no intention on fulfilling what payment of money is for. Brought my autistic brother here, stood at the counter waiting to order for 10 minutes, not one person tried to help us. There was one person in line before us and they were served no issue. Then no communication from anyone while we waited to order for the next person to help us. Drive through orders going out just fine. But my brother and I were actively ignored at the counter. I’ve never been so disappointed with your fires before like today they sucked. They are ice cold like they sat there for way too long. Such a disappointment not just have one large fry that’s cold all 4 of them are. And they are over cooked… ugh makes me want to go take my business somewhere else. 10/16/2020 Update: Reduced star review based on recent transactions. Pointless to order a whopper with cheese because you never get cheese. Also, don't request one without pickle because it will always have pickle on it. Don't bother calling them either because they don't answer the phone. Complete waste of time and money. Not sure what happened, but this location is going downhill fast. First experience with this location. I used the drive thru around noon on Wednesday. Service was friendly and quick, however, I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, no pickle, no tomato. We got 2 whoppers with pickle (yuck! Even if we take them off, the entire burger will still taste like pickle), and no onion... Hold up! We love our onions! Bunch of mayo, no ketchup, no mustard and very dry. Gotta keep a drink near by to wash down every bite. Fries are meh.
