Horrible food. We spent over $20 ordering 2 whoppers and the whoppers had one tiny pickle, the smallest piece of onion, in fact the same size as the pickle, zero tomatoes and one had the butt of the lettuce which was about the size of a half dollar the other had a small white piece of lettuce about the size of a quarter. It was nothing like the whoppers we grew up with and nothing like the advertisement. The buns were so very dry, not much mustard or Mayo which would have been needed to swallow the awful food. We went through the drive through, ended up taking pictures and throwing it all away. BK is in a very affluent area but making and serving food not fit for a dog and with the gray prices, customers receive less and less. We won’t return. Disgusting. Plus maybe remove the EBT sign, you need to advertise to those on welfare which we also pay for. Maybe they should shop at the grocery store and you all should promote healthy eating and stretching their money. I’d give zero stars if possible. This place is great! Always clean and the manager, sapphire has the most positive attitude and always greets me and my mom with a smile. She makes an effort to make personal connections. When I was sick one time, she gave me sprite with salt mixed in to settle my stomach. She's amazing and we love her!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The manager was very rude to special needs individuals that went to purchase their lunch. She threw their bags (orders) on the counter like they were dogs.. Never mind dogs get treated better. She was rude to the ladies that were placing the order and got orders completely wrong. I notified headquarters but these days everything is done by a computer because people can't handle complaints. UPDATE MARCH 24. Still knocking it out of the park. Needed a light bite so I ordered a regular burger ($1.19) and a large fry. The order was correct, the drive up window employee friendly, and their burger patty seems quite a bit larger than the competition. This BK is located at the far end of the Home Depot parking lot at Power and Germann Roads. Was picking up items at Home Depot at lunchtime and ordered a Whopper at the drive through. The staff was friendly and courteous. My custom-ordered burger was ready in no time and was perfect. The person who built this one got it right. I'm pleased to see that BK is using eco-friendly, low-mass old fashioned paper wrappers instead of cardboard packaging which eats up more resources and energy and adds unneeded bulk to our landfills. My paper bag had napkins - something that many order fillers forget to include, but not here. Overall, a good bite and a good experience.

Service was ok. Had to wait for quite a bit before someone in the back saw us and came up to our order. New Incredible Burger is pretty good. I like the new tacos to. Always appreciate when they load you up on veggies. Some days it's not always like that but fairly consistent here.

I had an amazing experience at this Burger Kings. The dining area was spotless. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable about all their products. Service was fast and the food was fresh and very tasty. I would definitely recommend this Burger Kings. I placed and paid for my order online and proceeded to the drive-thru window as directed on the app instructions. With 3 cars in front of me, I sat waiting for nearly 20 minutes to get to the call box. Each customer waiting approximately 4-7min befor their order was taken. When I finally reached the call box, I literally timed it...I sat there over 8 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The two vehicles behind me reversed out of the drive thru, and so did I. At this point, I was beyond upset as there was absolutely nothing fast about this fast food establishment. I proceeded inside the restaurant, where I again was ignored for several minutes. I spoke up and got someone's attention and advised what I had just been through. She said they were short staffed, and she needed to get food out to the guy outsidewho had been waitingover 20min for his food.when she finally came back inside I asked for my money back and she advised they she could not refund my money cause they never accepted my order...yet...I have a charge on my card already. Unfortunately, this is not my first long wait time at this specific location. I will not be back again. They will continue to lose customers if this ccontinues. I left without a refund as the woman could not be bothered with me. I'll be calling Corporate first thing Monday morning! This is now the SECOND time I’ve found a prep sticker in my food. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before and know mistakes happen but come on. If it’s happened to me twice I imagine it happens often.
