I went to the spring location and the cashier was very rude to me. She rushed me to pay whilst I was signing up for the rewards on the kiosk. Long story short I ordered grilled chicken and received brisket and pork in my burrito which I felt was done purposely. I do not eat brisket nor pork. I feel this was done purposely because I politely asked her to please slow down and stop rushing me to pay giving it was my first time there. I was curious and had questions about the food because I never tried it before. Worst customer service experience. I do not recommend eating here!! Nothing fancy but a step up from fast food. When you walk in they have paper menus for you to fill out with what you like and take it to the register. Build your own bowls, tacos or nachos. The portions were great. They had forgotten the rice and beans to go on the side of the tacos but they apologized and brought them right to the table. The food tasted fresh and the chips are thick and taste homemade. They also have an ice cream machine for you to help yourself. Would I go back? Sure. Rating? A little above average. Fresh and great flavors. Ended up getting a salad style bowl with grilled chicken, black beans, cilantro, pico, sour cream, jalapeños, and grilled onions. You won’t be disappointed. The restaurant was not very clean. There were a couple of flies near the open food containers as well a very dirty drink dispenser. The gentleman that took my order was busy watching a show on his phone while he took my order. He even remarked “to-go” and then verbally said, “this is for here?” He was clearly distracted. Best breakfast burritos around. I usually stop somewhere for breakfast tacos ( about 3 or 4 of them). For under $10 I got a giant burrito with everything I like. All the ingredients were fresh. Oh my this brand has gone down.... this location is poorly managed. Food was ok. The young lady there was kind, but tired, and appeared overworked. Ice cream advertised on signs, but machine was not working? NO tea? Very poorly run. We'll never return to any Bullritos.... when it first came out, it was great. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. It’s annoying that this place is so stingy with their condiments. When I ordered sour cream on my tacos they gave me the tiniest dribble. Pathetic. Then for my orders they only gave me one sauce. ONE sauce for 6 tacos when I ordered two different kinds. Then they left off the cheese I ordered as well, and it wasn’t even busy. 1st visit & the food/prices were great! Even better is the owner. Forgot his name but he won our hearts & business indefinitely! So polite, friendly, professional, personable, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, funny & just really made us feel like close friends as opposed to customers. ❤ He took the time to explain the entire process, suggestions on how to explore the most variety at the cheapest cost, explained to us a lil history on the business, gave us samples to help us to decide, has game night for his customers & other perks. Just an all around great human being. The establishment was very clean and I noticed that he had a great rapport with his staff. I was an extremely pleasant dining experience. We're on our way back soon! 😊
