Although it took a little while to get our drinks and food, it was still very good. The burger was delicious, and the prices of the tall beer you can’t beat. Nothing or nobody is perfect 100% of the time. I have a new found "go to" for a quick bite to eat. AS IRONIC as it may sound I love the cheeseburger at Buffalo Wild Wings. This day however, the location we visited was out of American cheese..... wasn't the worst thing just the shredded cheese they used as a substitute was spotty at best. They were out of some other items on the menu but I must say the manager offered us a discount, and an apology without us even complaining. That wasn't the best part. The waitress we had, Crystal, was amazing. She was definitely top 5 in all of my dining out experiences. She did everything she could to make up for whatever may have put a damper on our experience. Shout out to Crystal, our visit was made better because of you! Wings and everything else was all good. We'll be back! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Me and the wife came here cause the other place was 1hr wait. I was surprised how good the food was. I order a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and my wife got Garlic Parm Boneless Wings. It's just awesome here. I love it. Especially on football on Sunday. Took my son for the first time he enjoyed it. The service was great. I had a good one very friendly down to earth, but she was a Saints fan, ewww 😆. I'm going again. I pre-ordered my wings for superbowl Sunday. I had a pick time. and when I got there 10 min after said pick time I was told my 20 wings was not ready and they had no idea when they could be ready! I was told they would refund me and they did not . And never even offered compensation for n9t having my order ready at the pre arranged time. Not happy with this place thar we have been customers of since it opened! This location is not one I recommend. I reported the issue to corporate. And was told the store would reach out to me and they never have! This is by far the WORST restaurant in Gastonia. To start, there’s hardly ever any guest in this establishment but yet the food takes FOREVER to come out & when it does finally come out it’s either cold or the wings are old. The servers take at least 5 mins to come & greet their tables! Overall, it’s just not a very good restaurant to go to. Get yourself a buffalo & make your own wings lol .. but no seriously ! 11-9-2023 - Thursday night football in NC with the Panthers playing....one bartender. She was literally making drinks for the servers for 20 minutes straight without looking at the bar. In her defense, she was very kind and never stopped moving, but the manager needs to learn his role in backing her up. Just felt like he had an attitude for no reason. Overall it ruined the entire experience. Now I am getting to go boxes and not ordering the desert I wanted because of the performance.
