I don’t normally leave reviews but tonight I wanted to get some late night dinner, I realized they were almost closing but the general manager (think his name was Paul) was able to arrange me a meal a few mins before close. I know this was probably an inconvenience because I work in the Restaurant industry too but he was super polite & kind about it. Just wanted to leave a shout out to him because he was sweet & it made my night. He’s doing his job right & I hope he gets compensated for it!

Maybe one of the worst 3 hours I've spent in my life. Terrible service, food took 2.5 hours to come out. We were never updated. We had to hunt down a waiter for drinks after an hour. Also, not a great spot to watch sports, they had CNN on TVs larger than the first football game of the year... That's all you need to know.
I would absolutely never come back to this BWW, save your time and money.

Ordered to go, my medium sauce wings have NO SAUCE ON THEM, and my gf's salad never made it into the order. Didn't find out until I got home, and I wasn't wasting the gas money to go back and have things fixed by a restaurant that doesn't care about their quality. Also, the new sauce cups are ungodly small, yet somehow more expensive than they used to be
I'm here weekly on lunch to annihilate the 10pc traditional lunch deal. Hits the spot every time.

The only negative about Bdubs is that they have the #1 worst app in all of food service. Perhaps, even, the worst app in all of human history.
I have never once, over several years, been able to scan my points. Don't see it being fixed any year soon.

Overall the food was decent service was okay I guess. The waitress was really nice though.
The floor was filthy when we were being seated and the booth chair looked a hot mess. We ordered fried pickles which were okay some were over cooked and really hard to bite into. Then when we got the wings they were okay but again really crunchy more so than meaty but the flavor was pretty good. Then our bill got mixed up with someone else’s and we had to get that all sorted out.
I would give less than 3 stars, but all of my experiences when I dine in at this location have been pretty good. Dining in, the servers have always been super kind. The food has also been good and without issue every time. The problem is every single time I order carry out from this location there is something wrong. They serve me basically dry wings, if I order a large fry they give me a small, they leave side sauces out or forget veggies. It doesn't matter, there is always something wrong. The quality of it isn't great either. I live less than 7 minutes away and typically get stuck waiting on my food, so I know that's not the issue. Totally tired of spending $50 plus to get subpar food or not get everything I paid for. Most of the time if you take the bag back in saying something is wrong you are met with an attitude regardless of how kind you are to the person you're talking to. Last night will be the last time I order carry out at this location or any Buffalo Wild Wings.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it only went downhill from there.The first red flag was the lackadaisical attitude of the staff. It was evident that customer service was not a priority. The employees seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging my presence, let alone offering any assistance. Moreover, the wait times were absurd. Despite a sparse crowd, I found myself waiting an inordinate amount of time for service. It was frustrating to witness staff members chatting amongst themselves while customers were left unattended. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, they seemed bothered by my request for assistance, as if it was an inconvenience to them.

We waited for about 40 minutes for any food to come to our table. We did order an appetizer to help hold off the toddlers and kiddo, but it didn't come till our food came. That being said, we definitely should have at least gotten the kids food first which was mac and cheese with fries. Our server apologized profusely about the appetizer not coming out beforehand, as there are food runners who run out the food. My husband's burger and fries were cold and the burger was not very good. Which is saying alot as he usually isn't one to complain. Then, by the time I got home, I was sick to my stomach. Overall experience was not pleasant. I had 6 wings, not hot by the way, and beer battered onion rings. Yeah......not going there again.

I've been to bdubs all over the US but this one was very dirty. Doesn't look like the carpets have been cleaned in some time. Could also use a deep clean throughout the store. The food and service were good and I didn't get sick so that's a plus.

All side orders were missing. When I called the store manager “Tim” he stated they had no record of my transaction. I learned an expensive lesson the hard way, and will never do business there again.
