Waitress forgot to bring out a large portion of our food. No apology. No nothing. Thank goodness a waiter noticed the food and brought it out and asked if we were missing food. He also checked to see if kids needed refills and if we needed anything else. Thank goodness for him. Our Waitress did not check in with us for quite a while was like hell trying to get the check. Didn't have our drinks refilled once. Waitress didn't come back for payment. Took forever to find her and the guys at the front couldn't run my card. Food was good and a great place to watch the Vikings lose. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

It was awful, our server only came over once for our order, I had more help from a different server than the one I had And didn't receive my appetizer until we were about to leave. Now it wasn't very busy, maybe half full at lunch time. I love bdubs and have never had bad service until now. I will continue to eat at bdubs but probably never at the local ever again. First time going here, didn't disappoint... ordered chicken salad a little to much dressing but tasty, ordered chicken tacos , kids had wings with medium sauce and fries plus mack and cheese, had to send back Mac and cheese because it was dry so we had some redone and it was perfect. Everyone ate everything very please. Even went to the local store when we got back home and got some medium Buffalo wild wings sauce. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

January 4th, 2024 at 5:30pm. The worse hospitality I've ever experienced at any establishment. African American male host was the worst. We approached the front to request a table for 2 and could clearly see he was eating. Was immediately informed there would be a 10 minute wait, mouth full of food and all. They were not busy at all with less than a quarter of the tables filled but we were willing to wait. As we sat to wait, he was still visibly eating away. I was skeptical and told my wife I was gonna flip out if he sat us after he was finished eating. What do you know, he completed his meal after 5 minutes of waiting and he was ready to seat us. Walked with no care in the world with underwear hanging out of his back side. Passed a number of empty clean tables. He approached the table he planned to seat us and I saw that it was visibly dirty with crumbs of food. He literally picked up the crumb, threw it on the floor, placed the menus on the table, and walked away. The table clearly had not been cleaned with grease stains all over. I called over to the host to let him know the table was dirty. He came back, looked at it, and said, "Oh, sorry. I'll get something to clean it." He slowly walked towards the bar area, looking around as if to ask someone to come clean the table. He got to the bar and stood there. At this point, I had enough and we walked out. Real customer service would have been someone quickly getting something to clean the table or offer to seat us somewhere else. Nope, not here. Clean tables all around but he was content to put us at a dirty table. Balls in your court, Buffalo Wild Wings. Told you the exact time and date, do something about it.... I'm writing this at 9:55 PM. The restaurant according to Google maps says does not close until 10PM. At exactly 9 PM the manager turned off Monday Night Football Vikings vs Bears. 3rd quarter of the game. I did not come to a sports bar for their mediocre over priced food. I came to watch football. I did not even have my bill before he turned off all the TVs. He was very rude when I asked him why. Our server was phenomenal I gave her a great tip because it was not her fault. GO! EAT! LUNCHTIME SPECIALS ROCK! We visited the Mall of Americas and got the hunger bug in us, so we decided to eat at a location familiar to our home in Texas. Jason was our server, and the guy simply ROCKS! He's hilarious! We spent over and hour going back and forth with him about the differences between Texas and Minnesota. He mentioned he had been on a recent trip to our state (city of Fort Worth) and he was fascinated by all the gun toting, longhorn having, and dancing cowboy's. He gave us some good information on where to visit outside of the mall, as well as some chilling facts on how cold it actually gets in Minnesota!🤣 The food here was classic Buffalo Wild Wings. The Mall of America must have high standards for their vendors, as the food was ironically better here that our location in Mesquite, Texas. I tickled Jason by telling him the next time he comes down to Texas that he needs to head east and take the boat hunting tour in the helicopter ride. Told him he could get up a few hundred feet in the air with an AR-15 and shoot him up some wild boar 🐗! I think that made his day, as he did with my family! Go visit here! This place is always understaffed. Long wait times and slow service. The waitresses and waiters are very slow. The mall of america is fast-paced, so the workers should match that energy. I don’t think I’ve ever had a experience at a restaurant as bad as the one tonight!! The staff attitude was awful except the manager and the new server. It was the servers first night and she did wonderful. It started off with us being told a hour wait, didn’t receive a text after that so we went and asked how much longer, the host told us 60 more minutes because they weren’t allowing anyone to sit due to being short staffed, which is understandable if that was the case. However asked to speak to the manager he said it was because they had received a lot of online orders and he could sit us in 15 minutes. We had a large group so me and 2 others arrived first and placed our 3 orders, took more then 30 minutes to get it, I’m which the items came out cold and not accurate. the others arrived and orders were placed, took more then a hour to receive those, completely empty house, apps came out 20 minutes after entrees and bar drinks took forever also ! We arrived at 6:15 and didn’t leave until after 9 due to how long they were taking! I ended up losing my scooter rental deposit that I rented from the mall due to them taking forever ! As we were paying for our food the bigger, lighter African American cook had his pants sagging to the floor, walking around talking about selling 100$ bags of drugs, maybe if he was more focused on cooking our food would have been done correctly and the host was dancing around ignoring us also while eating a burger. While we were waiting for receipts the restaurant instantly turned into an employee after hours club as the employee were playing very loud vugular music and rapping and dancing along, the manager just apologized and seemed like he had no control of his staff! Absolutely disgusting! Wish I could give no stars

I ordered through UberEats and my food sat there for almost 2 hours! I asked if they could remake my food and the manager Scott stated that basically they’re not making the food over and I’m stuck with food that has sat there for two hours. No one wants COLD food because let that would’ve been his family, he would’ve wanted to make their food over. I did talk to a young man before talking with the manager and he was nice. But yeah. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Also, I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering because it makes sense now.
