Definitely not worth going back. I used to enjoy the atmosphere, the super friendly up beat wait staff and I always had delicious food. It was always fun to go with the fam or friends. Today, the atmosphere was lacking. The wait staff didn't appear to put much pride in their appearance or in their customer service. Our waitress was rude to my daughter when she asked for a water. She couldn't seem to comprehend the request. My order was incorrect. And barely any buffalo sauce on the BUFFALO chicken 🤦‍♀️ Not a fan today and likely will not be returning to this location. Do not order take out from here! The last few times I’ve ordered doordash or made a to go order there’s been missing items. Tonight all I ordered was 2 burgers, and they forgot one of the burgers! How does this happen? If it was one time then whatever but this has happened multiple times. I don’t understand why it’s such a big issues, and I’m sure it’s happening to other people not just me. I won’t be ordering from them anymore I guess.

Bartenders have gone down the tubes. Some don't bother to clean off the bar for the next customer. I sat next to someone's drink and dirty napkins for over an hour. They left an hour plus earlier. They have numerous tellies and amazingly don't utilize them to put all the games on. Unfortunately the floors are nasty. I do not care for my shoes to be sticking to the floor! I had to clean the bottom of my heels when I got home. I decided not to order food because of the cleanliness. A friend ordered food and the carrots were served like this. That is suppose to be raw carrots. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered the 6 boneless wings and 6 traditional wings. These wings were grossly dry. It appears to me like they were cooked ahead of time and then warmed up and a little bit of sauce put on them. Nothing juicy about these wings or the boneless wings. dry breaded wings. Reminded of wings that I would buy out of a bag at the local supermarket. I will not be a repeat customer. Also , the waitress was an obvious smoker who did not hide the smell of stale cigarette smoke on her person. Kinda grossed me out! Absolutely ridiculous!! I’ve been going to this place for years. I can assure you I will never go again. From the moment I walked in the server Ian was the most unprofessional waiter I’ve ever had. He was upset that I didn’t want to sit at the bar and then took forever to return. I ordered drinks and provided my ID. After 10 minutes he came out and said that there was red flags with my ID… I asked if he scanned it and he stated they don’t have a scanner. So he literally just refused because he was already upset that he had to do his job. The manager came over after laughing with the server and was no help, after asking for her to have a police officer come and verify my ID she asked me to leave….this is by far the craziest experience I’ve ever had at any establishment. Very unprofessional and very poor work ethic. I would recommend getting takeout as there servers went from being cute happy girls to bitter guys that don’t enjoy there job. We had a large order for the office and the sweetheart who took the order over the phone was fantastic! Not only did she ensure the ENTIRE order was correct, she also put each order in a separate bag for distribution ease. Incredible service! Because the order was so large, we did have to wait for it to be ready but the wait was worth it! How often does a group order have zero complaints? There were none today... Went in last night with some family and we had our son in his stroller. Stopped in tonight for dinner with my family tonight. We had Ian as our server & he was an *absolute delight*; he was very attentive & polite. Food didn’t take long at all & was amazing. Music was a little loud, but the restaurant wasn’t that busy either - could’ve just been because there wasn’t a lot of people talking over it. I ordered 10 traditional wings with medium sauce. They came out in like 5 minutes which would be great if it only took 5 minutes to cook wings. They were waaaaaay over cooked which means they just reheated precooked wings. Out of the 10 wings I maybe got 5 wings worth of actual edible meat. It was like chewing on the wing bone. The bartender was quick to get my order and beer but not once asked how anything was. I ate what I could anyways and got the hell out of there. I was on my way to the airport and had no extra time to wait for more overcooked wings. This will probably be my last visit as I have had this same issue before and must be a glutton for punishment.
