I was pretty disappointed in this meal. I was really hopeful that this would be our new spot. Maybe because it's newer, they just need to work some Kinks out. Our appetizer came out with our meal, and my beef dip was cold. The French fries were my favorite part. They were double fried. My son and my husband enjoyed the meal much more than I did. The waitress was nice, but maybe had too much on her plate.

Decent place for food for a sports bar. Lots of TVs with the football games on. Around $11 for an on tap beer was a little pricey. The food we had was good, but again, around $20 for a sandwich and fries. Fries were $2.95 extra. The truffle fries were just ok, and the serving size for one plate was more than enough for 2 people. The BLT chicken sandwich was good. My husband had the beef dip sandwich, which he said was also good. We had a mailed coupon that was buy 1 and get second entree half price. With no drinks, the total was $40, including tip and discount. IMO, it was a bit overpriced for bar food.

Well, as much as I complain about parking, this restaurant is the opposite - very easy to find and the parking lot was a breeze. We were immediately greeted when we opened the door. We sat in the bar which provided a view looking over Castle Rock.
The nachos had me curious - instead of the default Jalapeño peppers, Shishito Peppers were used. They complemented the other flavors very well.
We settled on the BBQ Bacon Burger and Bourbon Bacon Burger. Both were delicious. The Bourbon Bacon Jam was not overly sweet and the thick cut Candied Bacon was over the top.
We really wanted to try a dessert but our the nachos and burgers squelched our hunger.
The menu was small, but it will be difficult to make a choice and possibly find a favorite dish.

Respect! Rolled in Friday evening, no wait. Got to sit in a booth and watch the Nuggets on one of many of the TVs. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I've never seen fried pickles in spear form! These had wonderful flavor. I also had a bahn mi, last time I had this was in Toronto. This was just as authentic and very good. The Cesar salad was my side and great unique flavor. The fries side was large and only 4 bucks! The hamburger reminded us of Braums, a Texas chain. The flavor, but much larger. Kinda crazy. All very surprisingly good, especially on a whim. Thanks!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this gem of a spot in Castle Rock, and I couldn't be more impressed.
The menu is diverse, offering something for everyone—from foodies to picky eaters.
The staff is simply wonderful; attentive, friendly, and quick to make recommendations. You can tell they take great pride in providing excellent service.
As a sports fan, I appreciate the full bar area complete with ample seating to catch the game. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming. If you're looking for a quieter experience, the separate dining area offers a more subdued environment that's just as enjoyable.
The cherry on top has to be the expansive outdoor patio, which is perfect for Colorado's beautiful weather. It adds another layer of versatility to an already fantastic dining experience.
This place truly has it all, and I can't wait to return!

Definitely need to come and check this place out! Food was absolutely amazing and they have a great selection of beer, wine, and drinks. I tried the BBQ Bacon Burger and it was out of this world! Should put this one on your "bucket list"!

I had a get-together of about 15 friends last night at the Bucket List Tavern and the staff accommodated us beautifully. Alicia (spelling?) did a wonderful job of being our server for the night. I'm so appreciative of her efficiency and professionalism. The appetizers were enjoyed by all and everyone seemed to love their main dish. The atmosphere was perfect for a good time with friends. One more highlight was the easy parking and access. I highly recommend this place.

So, if you haven't been to this place, you definitely need to. We have been twice. The first time was just to watch a game, and we had drinks and nachos. The nachos were awesome, but that's really all we got and didn't really peruse the menu (which we should have). The second time, we expected regular bar food, but DID check the entire menu out and honestly had an amazing meal - that definitely was NOT bar food...it was SO much better than that. Everything was incredible and blew us away! The head chef actually came out and spoke with us about the meal. It was fantastic. My wife and I love good food, and this place blew us away. As I'm writing this, I'm thinking of rounding up the family to go back today! Check this place out!!! 5 stars across the board without a doubt. (We have since been back again, and had yet another wonderful meal. Will be going back again and again!)
