Update: I did a web order on 11/7 around 7:30 pm I went to pick up Brooklyn Park MN location and I had to ask for an extra sauce for my fries (I ordered and payed extra for 2 smoky Mustard sauces) after I opened my to go box to check everything was in there at the restaurant and noticed only one sauce. The person working the front went back and got the sauce they forgot to put in my box and then I drove all the way home to find out that the other sauce wasn't even my other smoky mustard but my husbands jala jack burger sauce that came with his meal but was put in my meals box some how...So they weren't even going to give me ANY of the sauces I payed extra for and the sauce I had to request to be put in my box before I left was regular honey mustard and not the smoky mustard I carefully picked out to compliment my sweet potato fries for my taste....just not good. I live very close and had bad experiences before on to go orders and why I don't order more often even though I live just down the street. I have REALLY tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. We did carry out orders over the last couple years. They were wrong about every other time: missing a sauce, given the wrong type of chicken, forgetting a topping on a pizza. Last time we dined in, the service was terrible. We gave them another chance tonight and wish we didn’t. We were rudely greeted by a young lady upon walking in who said we could sit anywhere as they were all clean. We sat at 5 different tables before finding one that was mostly clean. It took our server over 10 minutes to take our order. Didn’t get a refill on water. Service overall was terrible. I had the sauerkraut and sausage with bacon pizza NY crust, (not style) SOOOOO good. I loved it, I did add mushrooms to it too. My friends daughter ordered the lasagna, it looked like mush and was black on part of the top, I just would not recommend getting that. She said it was okay but tasted funny. I also felt it was a little dirty...not our table, or plates, etc. But it needed to be deep cleaned. I would come back though, it looks like a fun place to have a few drinks too! I am starting to be a regular here and get the same male waiter that is horrible. He doesn't write your order down so then he forgets what you order. Forget my simple water with lemon twice. Yesterday when my party said we're ready to place our order he says hold he forgot his pen. Then it took 10 minutes to come back and he skip us and went to another table until we intervene and said hey we are ready. They need to hire more females or give him better training. DO NOT EAT HERE FOR LUNCH. Slow service, salad never came out, 30 minutes later our food order was wrong and brought to us packaged up to go even though we were seated for dine in. Came in earlier tonight felt discriminated cause my friend and I didn't get served. Victor and my friend use to date and we felt discriminated because he ignored us and refused to serve us. My friend loves the drinks there and we didn't like the way Victor treated us tonight. No customer should get treated like this and that's not okay at all. I would give this 0 stars if I could because it was that bad of customer service by Victor. Victor didn't even try to set us or help us. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered the deep fried chicken sandwich meal and it was embaressingly small. Like the size of a McChicken small. I had to eat more food when i got home. I'm not even a big guy....155 lbs 6 ft. It was also incredibly loud and understaffed. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
