Bananas in pajamas was AMAZING! Delicious! Got a side of scrambled eggs. My husband got the all American breakfast and said the grits were amazing. Service was a little slow but not horrible. I definitely recommend

Was very busy when we arrived and but we were seated in 10 min (party of 2).
The drinks were very strong.. had to put some sugar into mine.. and the deviled eggs were kind of weird.. I don't know what they put into the egg mix, but it's kinda mealy and has a wierd flavor.. so didn't finish them.. everything else was good.. my gf loved the banana foster French toast.

Great breakfast spot that we tried on a whim. I enjoyed my Eggs Benedict and my wife liked the Banana Foster French Toast. Service was good and they actually give free refills on OJ so gotta give them love for that. Breakfast potatoes were crispy and delicious. The Beignets were a bit "bready" and dense for me so I wouldn't order those again. Otherwise it was fantastic.

After being in Pigeon Forge for a few days and having a few hit and miss breakfasts, I was looking for somewhere that would offer a consistent meal.
I had seen Brick and Spoon pop up a few times, so I decided to try it.
Walking in, I was greeted and shown to a table. The restaurant itself was very clean and modern. I ordered a coffee and a water, which were brought right away. The coffee was decent and tasted just fine. I ordered the Mountain Chick and Bananas in Pajamas. The Mountain Chick was not bad. Chicken and eggs are always a good combination. I liked the gravy but the sweeter sauce didn’t combine well with the rest of the dish in my opinion. It wasn’t bad but I would have preferred it without the sauce. It was decent but not incredible.
Surprisingly, because I’m not really a sweets person, I enjoyed the bananas in pajamas more than I thought I would. It’s presented as a banana “egg roll” that is sweet with chocolate drizzled on it. Not bad at all. In retrospect, probably not the best thing to have for breakfast but it tasted better than I thought it would.
I thought everything about Brick and Spoon was okay and pretty consistent. Nothing amazing but nothing terrible either. The one thing that I would say could have been improved was that I had to get the attention of the waitstaff a few times for refills on my coffee. Not a deal breaker but I’d rather not have to repeatedly interrupt their conversations to ask for a refill.
I may not go out of my way to eat at Brick and Spoon again but I enjoyed my breakfast there. If you find yourself in Pigeon Forge by chance, stop by and see for yourself. It was better than a few other places I ate at while visiting.

We had a very large group and were worried about finding a place that could accommodate us. They were extremely helpful and the service was great. The wait wasn’t long either. On top of that, the food was delicious. Everything we ordered hit the spot. The deviled eggs were so good, and every variation of eggs Benedict was great (especially the crab cake one). If/when I am back in pigeon forge this will be my first stop!

Came for breakfast during a trip during their busiest week. The servers were very pleasant and attentive. Despite being full, the wait time was not long and they cleaned the tables quickly to accommodate guests with minimal wait times. The food portion sizes were perfect for us. Food was not just ordinary breakfast food but unique twists on classics. Prices are reasonable as well.

Very good place to get breakfast with a Louisiana flair to it. It is definitely not your run-of-the-mill pancake house. It has a great atmosphere with good service. I’m already looking forward to my next time.

Ordered Crab Cake Benny—the English muffin wasn’t even toasted. The crab cake was made from poor quality meat. It tasted like the canned salmon patties my mama used to make. I hate salmon patties. For the price point my expectations were not met.

A very good place to eat. The cheeseburger and fries were among the best I've eaten. The House Aoli on the burger was excellent, and set it apart from standard fare. And fries almost always need ketchup, but these were seasoned and again were excellent. Don't ruin them with ketchup. Marina was my server, and I believe is also the bartender. She was wonderful and knows the job. Definitely an asset to the place. The atmosphere is laid-back and casual. I can't say enough good things. I will be back.

I had heard really good things about this place and decided to try it out. The food was excellent. The service was great. I sat outdoors and enjoyed brunch in the cool setting under the umbrellas. Food was amazing. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends
