I am so happy that Bread & Basket's owner took the chance on downtown Battle Creek! The old building that houses B&B is a beautiful backdrop for all the wonderful/unique items displayed for sale.

I always have a great experience shopping at Bread & Basket. This place is a gem that offers a variety of carefully curated clean products ranging from bath and body, candles to accessories, and many more. I typically buy soaps and body butter from here, and they smell heavenly. Don't get me started on their earrings. They're so cute! Not only will you leave the shop with unique products on hand, but you will also feel great knowing you're supporting a local and a woman of color-owned business.

I worked here for awhile and can I just say that it's amazing seeing a business owner GENUINELY love her business that she created. She is so amazing at creating an experience for each customer, she cares about her customers, and she creates a connection with them. She is so helpful to small businesses and she genuinely cares! She's such an inspiration to me.

The store is one of the most charming stores around. And the most amazing thing is the customer service from the owner Tiffany. Nothing beats the personalized and genuine customer service experience from a small business owner. I highly recommend to visit their store and shop locally.

The presentation alone of all the product placements had me upon entering the store. It’s never a boring shopping experience and the owner is a highly intelligent and respected person and a gem to this community. She’s knows her customer base and vendors in which she has within her business space. A must visit when shopping in Battle Creek!!!

I absolutely LOVE shopping at Bread & Basket! Their mission to promote women of color entrepreneurs and local artisans is a mission I can 100% get behind. Shopping at local, small businesses, and supporting makers in our community is so important to me. I have never been disappointed in the products here and will always stop here first when looking for unique gifts and smell goods. I love the candles, lotions, soaps and scrubs and I’m sure you will, too. Plus, Tiffany, owner and founder, is such a joy to work with and can curate a gift if you need some help! :)
