Ordered two breakfast burritos and both had hair in them. I called them and was told I would receive a refund and two burritos remade. They even asked to bring them back in. I did what they asked and when I came in things changed. It was now only a refund or burritos. Horrible customer service. I have been coming here for years and never again!! $20 on two burritos with hair is not ok. Check your food for hair everyone!! Great place used to be my go to for breakfast burritos, but lately for the price and quality it doesn't seem worth it.. Got a breakfast burrito lately and got no salsa and it was super dry.. Got two avocado bacon burgers and mozzarella sticks and they were cold by the time I got home and I am only a block away.. I can't seem to justify the price vs quality anymore. These guys dont miss. The service is amazing. You can ask for random stuff in your burrito and theyll accommodate you right away. I got a breakfast combo burrito today I added beans and I added gravy. Amazing service definitely a hidden gem. We even order them from DoorDash. Great breakfast spot! Only thing is that drive through is long and therefore the more complicated dishes suffer due to this (ex breakfast steak) but it’s understandable and the staff are so nice.
