I appreciate Braum's for their continued good value they provide in these inflationary times. Their burgers are just as big as ever. Their bag of burgers is a value that can't be beat. However today I visited this location and only ordered a cup of coffee. Despite it being 1:00 PM and the coffee having run out, a young man on duty offered to make a fresh pot just for my order. He then brought it to my table. Exceptional service. Service: 5

When we were in the store it was very loud. This is because there was a group of about 8 older men who were all trying to talk at the same time. The store was very clean despite the fact that I dropped a shake and made a terrible mess. They quickly cleaned up my mess and provided me a replacement drink. The fries were old and cold. Food is too expensive these days to have cold sub par food. Burger wasn't much better, Braums used to be one of the best burger places in the Tulsa area. Unfortunately not the case anymore... I wish places would go back to their old standards of quality instead of speed and quantity. It's sad. Love the burgers especially the number 1. We go regularly to eat at Braum’s and this location is the best quality and customer service. They always get out order correct and food is delicious.

Was not impressed with my order tonight. I asked for a chocolate shake and it had old chunks of either the chocolate syrup or ice cream. Shakes don’t have chunks like malts would have. And my fries were old and cold. This use to be a very good braums but sad how it’s gone downhill.
