My Daughter celebrated her 12th birthday here yesterday with her group of friends. We couldn't have been happier with the food & service. They kept the food/drinks coming and were extremely tentative to anything we needed. We never felt rushed and the girls all had a wonderful time. This was our second time celebrating a birthday here and we will definitely make it our tradition! Thank your for awesome service 🥰

Ordered food at the beginning of our 2hr bowling session, and it didn’t come out until we had 20 minutes left.
The complete lack of any child changing station in the bathrooms is extremely frustrating as a parent and puzzling for a place that’s supposed to be family friendly.

I visited Bowlero recently and had the best time! Bowling was fun! The food was great! Staff was so friendly and the place is clean & well maintained! I stopped by the bar, played some pool, and the bartender Quincy made me the best margarita! Will definitely be going back!

The rotund boy working in the pro shop ignored me for over 20 minutes when I wanted to buy a ball, he was busy the whole time chatting with someone else, at least he could have acknowledged me as a paying customer. He must be the owner of the place, I can't imagine an employee is allowed to treat customers like that.

We were in the area to celebrate a birthday. The lanes and overall facility was really nice. The arcade is fairly big. Prizes are a bit lacking, but it is what it is. The bar is stocked and well priced. Food was decent. Pool tables were free to use and were first come first serve.

The place was fairly good an overall, it would've been a 5 stars. However, when we went to the arcade after bowling, we were met by a very rude Cashier at the redemption area of the arcade. When we were gonna buy something, instead of taking our cards nicely, he would snatch them and slam them on the desk. He would also be mean to my little cousin and sister and he would basically throw our prizes at us. We were also expecting to get our cards back which we should've but he didn't give them back and we then asked him if we could have our cards back but in a very rude manner, he straight up said "I gave you your cards back now move, there are people waiting in line." and when we told him that he didn't he rudely stared at us and eventually started going through the card drawer and he gave us our cards back but instead of handing them to us, he would just slam them on the counter and when he was done, he just told us to go. The area however, was pretty cool and clean, we enjoyed playing pool and the pizza was delicious. If the cashier wasn't so rude, then maybe I could've giving this rating a 5 stars. Please do something about him. He is short, has a beard, and looks like he is 35-40. Anyway, thank you.

Had a great time at the bar and playing billiards w/ my friends. shout out to Mike for being such a cool bartender and making his special Christmas drink for us. It was so yummy and reminded me of Christmas. Definitely a sweet drink, cinnamon flavored, and doesn’t taste too bitter! go see if he’s there to try this holiday drink!

I went in on a Friday night with my family. I was assisted by one of your greatest employees name Sarah. She was very professional and quick to assist I believe she had stated she just started working their hard working, people skills passionate great employee ,fast, and kind❤️

Bowlero is fun family place I've had a bowling party for myself they have food and drinks for everyone but the bartender Mike had my whole party having a good time friendly with great customer service he was holding down the bar at an expert level even being very busy definitely recommended to anyone wanting to have good time
