Bowl America in Burke exceeded all expectations during my recent visit with friends, offering an unforgettable experience that left us eager to return. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the stage for an evening of fun-filled camaraderie. The ambiance at Bowl America was lively and inviting, with the sound of crashing pins and cheerful chatter filling the air. The vibrant décor and modern amenities created a welcoming environment that instantly put us at ease. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff remained attentive and courteous throughout our visit, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. As avid bowlers, we were impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities at Bowl America. The lanes were impeccably maintained, providing a smooth and consistent surface for our games. We appreciated the variety of bowling balls available, catering to bowlers of all skill levels and preferences. The electronic scoring system made keeping track of our scores a breeze, allowing us to focus on the friendly competition at hand. One of the highlights of our evening was indulging in the delicious offerings from the concession stand. From classic favorites like hot dogs and nachos to more indulgent treats like pizza and chicken wings, there was something to satisfy every craving. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with efficiency, allowing us to refuel and recharge between games. What truly sets Bowl America apart, however, is the sense of community that permeates the establishment. Whether we were high-fiving after a strike or cheering each other on during a close match, there was a spirit of camaraderie that made our time together all the more enjoyable. We connected with fellow bowlers, sharing stories and laughter as we bonded over our shared love of the sport. As the evening drew to a close, we found ourselves reluctant to leave the welcoming embrace of Bowl America. With promises to return soon, we bid farewell to the friendly staff and departed with hearts full of gratitude for an evening well spent. Bowl America in Burke is more than just a bowling alley—it's a destination for unforgettable memories and cherished moments with friends. We can't wait to roll our next frame and create even more lasting experiences at this exceptional establishment.

Review update: The price of beer on certains nights has been fixed. Nice response time? Everyone who works at this center has always been nice but unfortunately that doesn't help with the equipment. It's kinda old and break downs happen regularly. I will say that this has improved too though but if you're at all a serious bowler, go to Edsall Road instead. Or Falls Church. Or Woodbridge or Dranesville.

Not a terrible bowling alley. It's very very dated if you go inside - the TVs and consoles all look like they've never been replaced since the 80s. It was a little strange feeling, but also kind of a cool throwback compared to the modern bowling places that have crazy animations and stuff all over the screen. This place wasn't about any of that - just good simple bowling. Speaking of, the actual bowling itself is quality. Good lanes, decent balls and rental shoes. Staff were friendly enough as well. They also do 9 bucks for all you can bowl, which isn't a bad deal at all. Overall, this is a place I could recommend.

Terribly overpriced and horribly run. I thought with the price increases and the new Bowlero bowling listed on the website I was in for a day of nice and fancy bowling...that couldn't have been further from the truth. This place is still the same dumpy bowling alley from the 80's. That's not the bad part, the staff literally just stare at you when you walk in and offer almost zero assistance when the lanes have an issue. When I asked the manager about ingredients of food items being served at a kids party he had no idea what was in the food and wouldn't provide a ingredients list....yeah Bowl America Burke is not somewhere I'd spend another penny.

Bowl America is transitioning to Bowlero. Currently undergoing some renovations but still open. Hope they keep seating. Staff very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Bowling on morning league is quite fun.
Good place to spend time friendly but some time to busy . After 7pm you can come for less payment

Average bowling alley at best. Seems most lanes have difficulty giving your balls back. Tons of resets needed. Best things about this place are the draft beer, fries, pretzels and chicken fingers.

It’s an average bowling place. Nothing special. I think it is a little overpriced especially the food. Everything looks like it’s from the 1980’s. Even the machines are old. The place needs to be renovated and updated. The pins get stuck in the middle. And you can only have either bumper guards up the entire time or no bumper guards at all. There is no in between.

The manager of this alley is rude when you try to clarify prices. Going to report this to corporate. Gave me the shrug and everything for doing your job. Great customer service lol. He’s definitely climbing the corporate ladder that way
