Can’t say enough about this place. Service was excellent. Food was amazing. Vibes were on point! You still spend a little more (around 16$ per drink) but totally great place to go and splurge. The food here was spectacular. Lots of good sharable options, and clearly made with love not just frozen appetizers. Great cocktail list. Our server was so helpful, patient and friendly. My significant other and I visited Bourbon's for dinner and I definitely wanted to look at the bourbon menu... What a huge selection. Our waiter Jack was super friendly and knew enough about whiskey and particularly their selection to be helpful in making my choices. The owner came to our table and gave me a complimentary sample of rum. The food was good. I had a cheddar burger (tasty) and upgraded my fries to their truffle fries (delicious)...and my gf had a chicken salad. My burger was cooked as requested and came with a huge cheddar skirt and overall we enjoyed the meal but the whiskey is the star here! We're going to go again this week for another sampling of their great whiskey menu! UPDATE - We went back for dinner in the middle of the week and brought friends (it's that good). We asked for Jack and we were told his section was outside, so we sat outside. I had The Perfect Burger. They did not ask how I wanted it cooked and it came to the table medium well. This was better (in my opinion) than the Double Cheddar Burger. I particularly enjoyed the special sauce on the burger. I once again chose to upgrade the fries to truffle fries and was not disappointed. As you can see, I ate every bite and will give 5 stars for this dinner. I had the Penelope flight of whiskey which was fantastic... And finished the meal with one of their high end whiskey choices (Rio). We had a great time, the food was great, whiskey outstanding, and I'm looking forward to going back! I can say, hands down one of the best restaurants around. The wait is definitely worth it. The atmosphere and staff are great and when it comes to food, you will never be disappointed. The nachos are a must try and whatever toppings you decide on, you won’t regret it. My work team decided to go to Bourbon's for dinner and what a great spot. The parking lots gets very full, but all of us found a spot in a short time. The cocktails were amazing! Very creative and delicious! We started with the chicken nachos, which were delicious! I was disappointed in the homemade pickled Jalapeno, but all other toppings made the perfect combination. The Guacamole and Chips were great too! I ordered the crispy cauliflower tacos which were tasty!! I wish I ordered the sauce on the side but I enjoyed it! My coworker ordered the burger with the cheese skirt which was enormous!! Great experience and I will definitely be back again!! The food and drinks were delicious, the servers and bartenders were really nice, and were very patient. We didn't realize we were the last couple there, and they had closed without us realizing, and they didn't force us out. We did have to leave eventually, of course, but it was a very welcoming environment. The door states that their hours are from 5-close", which wasn't clear, but their Google hours are accurate. We were there until about 10:30, but they closed at 10, on a Thursday. I really enjoyed the whole experience, and I hope to go again. Everything was great! We were a little disappointed that they didn't have their steak that we loved (we haven't been there in a while - menu change!), but that in no way affects our rating. All the food was great - we had the Brussels sprouts appetizer, nachos, and pork belly tacos - all so good!! Lots of gluten-free options. Service was really great, and atmosphere is great. Also, great bar menu - my drink special was so delicious! A bourbon something or other - I forget the name, but very good! Next time I need to try one of the large selection of Old Fashions! What a gem! Such an unassuming spot for the amazing atmosphere inside! Such an eclectic and interesting cocktail menu, sampled the shareable food menu. Our bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. It became VERY busy VERY quickly. Will definitely go again to sit in the restaurant area and branch out in the menu. First off, the food is fantastic! Especially the nachos with Mexican street corn.. I’m from San Antonio and picky about street corn, and I loved it. My friends and I all got different menu items, and we were thrilled by each plate. Secondly, the staff was fantastic. The hostess was sweet and charming, and even found us on the other side of the restaurant to personally tell us our table was ready. The owner of the establishment is a young and very accomplished man who was front and center, OWNING the restaurant and actively managing all aspects. So refreshing to see. He was able to find a few minutes of his time to chat with our table personally and he was delightful. If you’re anywhere near Framingham, go to this restaurant!
