First time to try BT and had a good experience. The kiosk ordering system made for an easy way to customize drinks. The inside was a but bare and functional but the tea ended up being pretty good. AMAZING amount of boba for what you pay.

Been going here for awhile (probably been here more than 15 times) and can say that it is a very solid source of boba (especially on this side of town). Their fruity drinks are fun and I can recommend the yogurt series (mango, strawberry, and passionfruit are great). The drinking yogurt is creamy. Only thing is, there is no lactose-free milk, so if you’re going for a brown sugar drink, it won’t have a dairy-free option. Majority of their drinks are dairy-free, and yogurt is okay to consume if you’re lactose intolerant. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Recommended dishes Mango Yogurt Drink

The staff here absolutely sucks. I ordered a drink here and they made it and put on the top. However the top wasn't on securely so when I went to pick it up it spilled right away. The staff saw it happen but still asked me to pay for a new drink. I did only because it was a drink someone else had ordered. I asked to speak to their manager and they said they weren't around. Then I went in a few days later during the morning and asked to speak to a manager. I got dirty looks and was told the manager is out of country. I ordered a drink and they made the drink wrong. I told them the drink was made incorrectly and they refused to fix the drink or refund my money. I ended up filing a bank claim against them and winning but I'm never ever coming back here. Excellent tea, great service. They have a large selection to choose from and the staffs are so nice when I need a moment to decide and recommend us which toppings are good with my drinks. And we love the reusable cups we can take home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was mine and my Children's first time experiencing Boba. We were not sure what to order, but the Staff was super friendly and sweet! The Manager even came to us on the side to explain the differences in flavors. Which was really nice/helpful of him (I didn't get your name, I'm sorry) This is a chill and mellow establishment, just a nice quiet place to enjoy a new tradition. Searched around and found this lovely place. Compared to most all the other boba places in Colorado they are the BOSS. They have more variety and more options to add in to your tea. Outside is kinda skeptical and again made us nervous slightly, but once you open the door you know you are in the right place. The staff though, that's why not a 5 rating. I ordered drinks ahead of time before getting there. Then when walked in with my wife 10 minutes later hoping mine would be done. Mine weren't. My wife ordered hers and we waited, and waited. They just freely put drinks out on the counter and weren't telling people names or numbers or when ready. When my wife went to get her drink she asked about mine as well. Seems they fergot that mine was made and ready even though we both asked earlier. So drinks are good, staff needs to get it together Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

4/2/22- First they were super busy due to it being their grand opening. Getting a drinks took half an hour. Hopefully this will get better once the traffic dies down.The drinks are really hit or miss. The Pink Butterfly was good, but the Cocoa Brown Sugar Latte was really bitter to the point of being unpleasant. This place is also on the higher end of the price range for similar drinks in the area. Most places have drinks that run from $4-5 and they normally include boba. This place has the drinks starting out at $5 and they go up from there. Some of the higher priced drinks include boba, but many you have to pay more for the boba like the Pink Butterfly didn't come with them and I had to pay 75 cents extra for them. I would say this place was worth it only because they were having a sale for the grand opening. Not sure if it is worth it when there are so many competitors near by. I didn't get a welcome in like everyone else who entered. I left a tip. There was no thank you. Rude but everything was delicious. I had the jasmine milk tea and mango yogurt. Both were the worth the trip on a Sunday. Customer service needs improvement. Treat everyone the same. I'm going to give them a try again. If I receive the same treatment I will not be returning. Good place for boba! Lots of verities, and great options. Great service and very nice place. Would recommend. The cups are plastic do they’re reusable which I like, there’s also board games to play while you’re there, it’s very clean and modern. The workers are nice as well which is something I liked.
