Nice spot when you want to hang out with a couple of friends. The service is very good, prices are reasonable, the menu has variety of food and drinks, good music and the volume is at a level that you can still have a conversation. Had a very good time. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A friend and I visited this establishment on the 31st March 2023. Drinks were well made, the waitress was quite friendly and professional. We then ordered a dozen shrimp wantons at a little after 10pm as it was felt that this would be a meal that would be expeditiously prepared and served. Boy were we wrong! By 12 am (yes almost 2 hours later) we still hadn't received our wantons. Eventually we had to cancel. So we requested to meet the manager to have a friendly chat, to simply understand what might have been the reason for such a long delay in something as simple as wantons. This would have presented the manager with the perfect opportunity to engage the customer, have meaningful dialogue with them to allow for a mutual understanding from varying perspectives, and allay any feelings of disenchantment. However, just like our wantons proved elusive so did the manager. We were told he was in a meeting, but to our surprise, we saw him go behind the bar even after our request to chat. What a slap in the face and total disrespect to paying customers! It might be noted that this was my first time visiting this establishment.....Never to return....

Good service from the waitress. Drinks were great from the 1st bartender but went downhill when the shift changed. Waited for about 2 hours for our food. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is very poor service for the resturant. The bar was strong. But the manager Miguel. An Indian guy short hair very aggressive and not customer oriented at all. I wish you luck Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

1st time visiting, work farewell for coworker. We ordered food at 430pm and got food at 730pm. After several time of asking about our food at 7pm the waitress came and said that there was only one person in the kitchen. They should have notified customers before we placed orders. Some of our colleagues had to leave so they didn't even get to dine with us. Calamari was over fried, shrimp and wantons were over cooked, we ordered chicken tenders which was cut in chicken bits.. Only thing that tasted well was the pepper fries and cream cheese wontons :( disappointed but hope bonavida can improve with this bc they are at a nice location..

It was alot of vibes being outside in open space and fresh air but they clearly need more workers to up their service. It's a popular spot and always crowded, the staff would need help to service all those people in a timely manner. I was dissatisfied by waiting almost an hour for my food and drinks to ready. I ate fries and calamari and sadly it was too crunchy to the point where there wasnt really much potato in it and the calamari was toooo little for the price. The calamari tasted over cooked and dry. The oil was probably too hot. This place have potential but the service definitely needs to improve
