I would give this place a billion stars! Service was fabulous. Their food!!! Get OUT OF TOWN! It is so good!!! I consider myself a connoisseur of sorts when it comes to burgers. We travel a lot and we love to patronize small, family owned businesses. We will go out of our way to do so. This absolute GEM is just a few short minutes off I-5 and well worth it. Their burgers are simple and delicious. Very flavorful and juicy. Made as soon as you order. Their ice cream is GIANT and delicious. My husband had a chunky monkey cyclone (like a Blizzard) and I had a blackberry sundae. They layer the sundae sauce with the ice cream so you have these layers of goodness in every bite. Please go visit these guys. They have a really great menu! Remember to be kind! ❤️ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If there are ANY other customers there, you might as well just get the cheapest burger because theres only, at best, a 50/50 chance you will actually get what you order. Either that or the bacon cheese burger has no bacon. Additionally, someone should introduce the cooks to salt ... Unseasoned beef is very bland Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
It's kind of a small town drive up and go kinda place. Great onion rings! Video poker to play while you wait. Overall, this place is pretty 👍. Oh, and they serve Umpqua Dairy soft serve!!!Yummy! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was in town for an insurance inspection and decided to check out a local burger stand to formally cross Cottage Grove off of the Great Oregon Burger Bucket List. Bonanza Drive-Up looked great, so I headed downtown to check it out. Cool vibe, really well set up for drive through and summer walk up. Crinkle cut fries were delicious, little salty but goes perfectly with the homemade fry sauce. Dr. Pepper was flat and watered down, they need to adjust the syrup and carbonation. Had the bullseye burger (fresh meat, they have different menus for fresh or frozen) added bacon and pepperjack. Decent bacon. Sweet pickles. Okay veggies. Meat was cooked well, but you can tell they scrub the grill clean- couldn't taste any grill seasoning. Overall very solid. Maybe not worth going on a long drive for, but more than worth stopping by, and probably the perfect place for gangs of wayward teens or a family to swing by for a great snack during their summer fun. #TheGreatOregonBurgerBucketList #GOBBL

Long time Cottage Grove burger, fries, and shake stand. In business for nearly 50 years, these folks offer a variety of burgers, hot dogs, shakes, fries, and more. Fast, friendly service. Decent prices. Little dining area as well as a small video gambling room (slots). Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Original Cheeseburger
Ate here when my husband and I went to the Cottage Grove Car Cruise, that's our El Camino in the photo of Bonanza drive up. Never had Bonanza before and I was impressed!! Staff is friendly, patient, and are transparent when it comes to the menu. I ordered the Bleu Ace- 1/3 lb patty with bleu cheese melted over thick-cut bacon with crinkle cut fries and fry sauce. Great experience at the cruise and the food at Bonanza was amazing. The wait was worth it and I recommend this place if you are in the area, visiting, or maybe just want to go just because.

I was very much looking forward to the burgers sourced from a local ranch. My only experience with such was with Cornucopia. Well my verdict is that the burger I had was pretty average. I had it pretty plain, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on purpose so the flavor of the beef wasn't drowned out. I do need to say that their variety of burgers is pretty extensive. Their black raspberry milk shake was killer. I passed on the fries. Lastly, the burger was priced a bit on the high side. Opinions vary, and everyone has different tastes. So I encourage everyone to try Bonanza out for themselves. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great little family owned restaurant. I believe it to be a sister restaurant to the pink house. I love their fry sauce. Great juicy burgers of all styles. Homemade Milkshakes. Seating outside and inside. Video poker while you wait. Staff is hard working, not always the most outgoing bunch, but they get he job done. Great burgers made from local beef. Friendly service and great prices. The milk shakes......mmmmm! Update. I used to love this place. Today was the second time in a row they have failed. Horrible service and apparently incompetent management. I will not be back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
