Nichol the server...Never put in for the chowder....we requested & never checked back...husband always gets at least 2 beers....got just 1 beer...we were her only table ...I thoghI was getting mash without Garlic...I would've ordered fries had I known ...she said I could order mash no garlic...oh well...no biggie deal...but disappointed...however....won't be back!! Too bad Nice atmosphere & great burger!! We felt forgotten...bottom line...I was A Server for Many yrs...Not how you treat A Customer...too bad....!! Teach Her...it hurts the business!!! Unexpectedly great French onion soup. Stopped in for a drink and took a chance on the soup, was pleasantly surprised! Cooked in a crock, bubbly cheese spilling over the sides, and deliciously rich broth. Good stuff :) Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5

This was my first time in. The food was tasty, and the service was on point. If I was to "knock" anything (which I'm unot)- it would be the wine glasses, ordering red wine, and a red wine glass would've been appreciated. However, given it be a tavern, maybe asking too much. It is a really nice looking place and we have tried it on a couple occasions. I really want it to be good but it's really just mediocre. The food this time was good but the service was quite bad. The waitress didn't check in for 20 min at a time, forgot things and charged us wrong. Hopefully they get there act together. It's a great location and nice building.
