The guy at the desk is a rude fellow i have ever met. His customer service is so poor, which made my experience bad at your restaurant. Definitely, i won't be your customer anymore. Last night, i went there to have dinner out with my wife around 8:30 pm, i have been told they are only taking takeaway orders, not having it there, but next to us there was a punjabi family of 6 people who came just 5 mins before us and they just made an order to have starter. I have told the guy before they are finishing their dinner we will finish our. But rude fellow told that i won't be served. I was a regular customer, and from the last 3 weekends, my wife and I have had lunch and dinners from you, Bolino, but now you lose your regular customer, thank you for your worse customer service. water is absolutely delicious, absolutely crystal clear. As soon as I took the first sip my brain exploded from the flavors concealed inside it. The water is like it is straight from India, it reminded me of walking to the near by himalayan chilly water stream near my village and taking a huge sip.Thanks alot for experience. Worker was very very rude on the phone! Hung up on me twice for no reason! I then came into store and was told the guy was on break. Place was absolutely filthy. I didn’t even want to leave a 1 star. Doesn’t cost to be kind! Seems like they don’t care at all about customer service. Atrocious. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there to get some food. Ordered food and waited 10 minutes then the guy came back from front dest and said can’t get the food in the quantity we ordered as they can only make 2. No problem then waited another 10 minutes came back again and said can’t even make at all. What a successful wasted 20 min. Then finally ordered food the one they got in stock, not the one we want it!! Waited another 30 minutes. Didn’t get food. Ask them why? Answer was “ sorry we only make starter first and then we forward mains order to back kitchen. Sounds good but we didn’t order mains at all. What to say? Never coming back. Didn’t think they care about customer service at all. And this happened 10 min ago!!

Incredible culinary experience. 100 % vegaterian menu. No meat. OMG Vegan, and gluten free options well. Number 87 is my current favourite. Chefs secret sauce is magic. Authentic Indian food cuisine. No imposter spices or ingredients here. Well presented in vessels that retain heat. Plates heated as well. The only gripe is that decor atmosphere does not match the food....
