This location ruined my “cheat day” of having fried foods. I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo with fries and it was disgusting. Both thighs and leg was undercooked and fatty. My fries were not hot. I called to let them know and the guy said they’ll replace it and to bring my receipt. I didn’t feel like going back out so I went the next day and brought the nasty food in so he could see what they’re giving to customers. So he replaces my order with yet another gross undercooked meal right after I told him to cook it a little longer. I just said forget it and vow to never order chicken from this place ever again. I’m better off cooking my own food and staying away from certain restaurants. My food tastes way better and at least it’s done.
