Went through the drive thru, noticed that the dining room was empty. There was one vehicle in line in front of me. It took 5 minutes to place my order, pulled to the window to pay, noticing that there was a full crew in the kitchen, and was instructed to park in the waiting spot next to the truck that ordered in front of me. 25 minutes later my order finally came out (it was a standard combo meal). I seriously considered leaving even though I already paid. I could have saved time and had a better meal going to a non "fast food" restaurant. This is off the road and could be overlooked. This makes the drive-through go very fast. At the times that I have gone anyway. Always fresh food and friendly staff. There is no senior discount, though. But I love those chicken sandwiches. Go drive through and then to Lake Junaluska across the street to enjoy the sights and maybe the bald eagle. Online order but the baked chicken rice bowls were not available which is why I came. Asked why and the server just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t answer me. They forgot to fill my drink order of Pepsi One in the back. They then filled it with all foam and poured it out and gave me Diet Pepsi. The sweet potato pie was supposed to be $1.89 but charged me $3.88. They also didn’t include the icing. I hadn’t been to Bojangles in a long time and I guess I won’t be back anytime soon! Went last night ordered 2 meals was told to pull over and wait for them to be ready. Meals was brought out and got dropped next to my truck. Was ask if I still wanted it. After saying no it was taken back inside and less then minute later I had another meal. Once I got home and opened it I could tell she just dumped it in another box, biscuit was busted up and there was some actual dirt on the food also everything was laying on top of the napkins. Longest drive through times in town. Orders consistently wrong. Get it together kitchen staff. No reason anyone should sit in the drive through for 30+ minutes no matter how busy it is. There was no one in line when I pulled in , sweet right not , food was cooked all the way had to wait 20 minutes and they still give me cold food. They need to shut this place down and open Hardee's back up . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
