Mediocre fast food experience. I got 4 Bo rounds in my order, my large drink order added to my Dinner combo was a Medium…And it was 80% ice. Legitimately next to no liquid. Indoor seating seemed nice. Staff seemed pretty overwhelmed and behind…They could probably use some more help, so that customer service isn’t so rushed. But that’s fast food for ya. I've been hearing about Bojangles for a couple years now and finally got to try them out! We got a variety of foods to try and some of our favorites were the mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, Cajun pintos, and of course the friend chicken. Oh and we also enjoyed the Cajun fries. Now let's talk about the service. I had my whole family and you would have thought my youngest was a prince they made him feel so special. "And what for you fine sir" which made him smile and feel very adult. The staff here was incredible! If you go I highly recommend the creamy buffalo & honey mustard sauces, the mashed potatoes & gravy, and any of their chicken items. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Foods delicious as always. Store looks clean from outside and drive thru. But man I am seriously unhappy with how poorly trained some employees are. I was asked to pull into parking spot after paying for my order in drive thru (which is already not fun) but I complied and pulled aside. I sat for a few minutes looking in my rear view mirror, only to see an employee walk out to the next car that had to pull aside and hand them a bag of food. They took it and inspected for awhile after the employee left and when the employee returned, the customers returned the food back to the employee, saying it wasn’t their food. The employee then proceeded to walk to my car with same bag of food and asked me what I ordered. There’s so many things wrong with that. Customers shouldn’t be handling other customers food. I have no way to confirm if they tampered with it. And if the customer is asking me what I ordered, why would they not ask them the same question before even handing them the food. Bojangles is going to shi7. I've enjoyed Bojangles since I was a kid and it's definitely something I used to suggest for a fast food stop for people from places without Bojangles. I paid $10 dollars for a 3 piece strip meal and, though there was technically three strips in there, they barely had the size of what I've known all my life. Add to this the fact that they didn't even have any of their seasoned fries (main reason I stopped here) and it was a sad visit indead. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Surprisingly I had a good experience. The store was clean. The employees were working and not complaining. My food was fresh and I wasn’t met with a bad attitude from an unhappy employee. I ordered the 3 wing combo with fries as both my sides. My fries were cooked fresh without me having to ask and the chicken was delicious. Since my previous visits were awful I attributed my good fortune to my arrival at the start of lunchtime and the employee who assisted me is a childhood friend I hadn’t seen in years. I wasn’t thrilled about paying more than $10 for a 3 -wing combo and I wish they would start filling the container of fries to the max. I didn’t complain because they saved me a few calories. Very unprofessional company. Bojangles is always good, this is the worst bojangles ! They need some people with age on them, or mature adults because it seems like 16,17& 18 year olds run this bojangles. Unprofessional, just stand around - always running out of something and they don't know what to do when they are out of something, charged me for 2 large drinks and gave me regulars. Host said tey only serve Supreme's and fries, its 9:22pm. They close @ 10pm. Poor hospitality and poor service. Didn't seem clean at all either. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
