Ordered to go. I walked in kindly stating I had a to go order. Girl at the register shouted and pointed that I was at the wrong register. Continued waiting with the staff awkwardly staring at me not saying a word. Then Whoopi Goldberg (employee working to go) wanted to get an attitude with me cause I saw my order was ready and asked if I could have my food. Employees have no common courtesy or respect Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Bob Evans in Norwalk is a great place to eat. I love the southwest avocado chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and fresh fruit. The biscuits are wonderful. Our waitress (Kaitlyn) is always friendly and knows just what I like. She always serves our food with a smile. One of the waitress named Katlin is one of the most disrespectful person I've met. Never came back and would say mean comments about the customers. If she close you'll know because she smells. BO mix with weed(or skunk). Every other waitress or waiter was very nice. The food is good. But I don't want to take the chance. Very let down. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I've never had a bad meal at a Bob Evans until today. Our food took 30+ minutes even though the restaurant was only 1/3 full. The only meal that came out unscathed was the pancakes. The apple French toast was burned and for some reason had green onions in it. The sausage on the breakfast sandwich was burnt as was the bun for the burger. The two slices of cheese on the burger were folded up on top of each other and only covered half the burger. We would have sent it all back, but we didn't have enough time to wait for it to be redone. I definitely can't imagine going back.
