I usually avoid going to a restaurant when it's close to closing time because service is often lacking, understandably. But they were super friendly, the food was very good, and they did a great job. We got to the hotel late and Bob Evans was literally right outside the door. You could walk a few hundred feet and be inside. We asked to order to go because of the time. They were really nice and ready to serve us regardless. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very welcoming despite the late hour. The food was delicious and fresh even though it was so late at night. They also gave us a really generous serving of everything. The wait was very short. I got a couple things for my family. My food had hair in it. I called and they said for me to call the next day and talk to the manager. I called and they kept putting me on hold. Came for breakfast on thanksgiving, our server Alexis was amazing 10/10 so sweet and kind, however when first entering the restaurant to put my name on the list i over heard the hostess asking a party that she was taking to a table, “are you guys deaf or something?” because they were older and walking too slow for her liking. overall a 8/10 experience, the food came out quicker than i was expecting for how busy it was and alexis was the best. We ordered the 99 dollar Thanksgiving meal wow what happen to the serves 6 everyone got a spoon full afterward the food level is down ham like rubber we go to bobs I remember getting the 20 dollar turkey meal well ad couple small things and it's now the 100 dollar meal it's still cool.for the elderly but as a big guy wanting to eat some food next year we gonna need 4 of them meals no well cook and I'm done with bobs there food quality is not up to par anymore all going down hill try Eastgate bobs milford not all so good hasn't been in a while Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
