Hidden gem place in Hualien for you to find the classical vibes in Europe in early 19th century.
The owner lady is quite passionate about her coffee passion and any item in this shop.
Everything has its own story!
This place is a dog-friendly place where you can play with the owner’s dog called Happy - a nine-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. Really cute big dog!
A little bit pricey but its okay, thanks to the dedication from the owner we saw.
If you love coffee & would like to experience something old in Europe, its a must-try!

Amazing coffee and the woman running the place is a real coffee nerd, really interesting to talk to her and ask questions about coffee making.
She ONLY serves coffee, not even with milk. If you go you go for coffee.

之前在找尋花蓮咖啡店的時候，意外發現一間非常不起眼的小店，就位在快閃咖啡 斜對面，非常隱密不起眼。
一走進店內，完全沒想過的風格，有種國外電影的年代感，老闆娘身穿和服緩緩走出，先告知本店只賣黑咖啡類，非常小眾的取向，不過闆娘也對自己的咖啡很有熱情，也很有自信地介紹，有別於一般外面的手沖以及技巧。
點了兩杯手沖，也用了兩種不同的沖煮手法給我們品飲，#一滴水的魔法 非常特別，可以讓風味差距如此之大，走進不同的咖啡館就是會體會的不同咖啡人對於咖啡的態度和看法，而闆娘的精神也是我要學習得地方。

很有味道的漂亮小店～
充滿儀式感的古董留聲機，聽著單面一首歌的黑膠，聖伯納Happy偶爾充滿共鳴的撒嬌⋯
老闆娘自信介紹咖啡的架勢，讓點完餐的我們倍感期待，入口後的驚喜就不再贅述。
