LIFE with BAMMER

We were working in the area and got hungry. When I called to see if the kitchen was open the man said he was closing but would make us food. He was so polite so I hung up and checked out the menu. Called back within minutes and placed our order. My husband got the BLT dinner (sandwich fries and pickel) and I just got a cheeseburger. It was only 21.00 we can't even eat at fast food for that price... my husband loved his BLT so much he called to tell them how delicious it was. He said "Hands down BEST BLT I've ever eaten. My burger was perfect I asked for well-done (I can't eat pink meat) most people burn it, not this place. It was cooked with perfection and tasted sooo good. I only ate half because it was gigantic but I'll definitely ear the other half tomorrow.. I very rarely eat my leftovers but I will most definitely eat this... Next time we are working in the area we will definitely head out early so we can go sit down and eat... HANDS DOWN GREAT FOOD!!! GREAT SERIVE!!! GREAT PRICE!! No stars on the rude service from Gio and Bob. I’ve been coming here for a while and even applied for a job here and today was the day when I realized how racist the manager Bob is and the waitress Gio had a attitude from the moment we walked in the door. She refused to service us unless we had drinks in front of us in order to order food. We gave her a drink order and she was hostile saying she didn't have to service us. We asked for the manager and Bob came out with an attitude. We understand and respect the rules but what you not gone do is disrespect us and be rude. I’m patronizing the business. A business in which you work at and expect to be paid from. She was rude the entire time. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. She was not messing with us. Didn’t even cash us out at the end of her shift while she cashed out everyone else. I watched Bob count her draw and didn’t even ask her to cash us out. I watched her cash everyone else out but us. We are regulars in here and have not had any issues with the staff or customers. For the manager to allow the disrespect is crazy. Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waitress seemed new so only deducted one star, food was good for bar style food. Drinks were a little weak. Prices were very reasonable. Would go back. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I have been going to this place for years great staff great atmosphere great business Gio is great she a great bartender remembers her customers for the past 4 or 5 years she's had me my father and my son for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner I myself am a black woman 100% not mixed with anything my son is Black Hispanic and Native American my father was white I say was because he's passed away and she treated us all the same infact when my father became very ill from his cancer she offered to bring me to visit and the roads were snowy and horrible she helped my dad anyway she could so Racism and Compassion aren't something I see Gio struggling with she went from bartender to a close friend and I am thankful she took the time to do that Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very clean and contemporary looking on inside. They had a couple small pool tables and a juke box. The food was prepared well and the menu was exactly what I would expect for this type of establishment. The kitchen was open late, which is a huge plus. It seemed like the management here was on top of things. The Bartender Bella was awesome!! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This place would NOT have any ratings if it was up to me. The manager Bob is very prejudice and racist wrapped in one. Sad to say. My husband and I have frequent quite a bit. But it seems like every time we go into this establishment there’s a problem with the Bob guy. Ever since my husband requested extra Turkey instead of ham on his club/bronco sandwich, it’s been some sort of hate from Bob, no lie. After Bob told us that there were no substitutions we were okay with that. We just ask that there’s no bacon on our sandwiches. Cool. Now when we go in this place, we sit, chill, put money in the music box, laugh amongst one another, order drinks, food,etc. Eat, drink and pay bill PLUS tip, ALWAYS. Now for this Bob guy….. there is seriously something against us. We have never done anything to him but treat him with respect. We speak, he hardly speaks back and that’s okay…. We’re ordering our food and beverages through the waitress. This particular evening question….. was the worst. There was a newbie name Amy and she was nice. Then there was Bob that came from the back to make food orders. He didn’t even look our way. As much as we come in there it would seem like he would give a quick hello but everyone is not friendly, understandable. My husband spoke to him instead and Bob was irritated from that kind gesture. Moving to the main topic….. once we saw and felt how we were being treated, we decided it was time to go. We asked for our bill and when it came we were over charged. Amy couldn’t explain why so we asked for management. BOB was hesitant to come out and speak with us for some strange reason. But when he did, the approach from him was very aggressive and made me uncomfortable. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I have audio and pictures to give a brief description of what transpired. What bartender do you know charges for a Long Island that way!!!!!! I travel and go to different bars that’s waaaaay better than this place. I liked this place prior to this visit. I will never disturb my peace or happiness and spend my money at this place. I have audio too but I’ll post that on the news. Price per person $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m a trans girl and the atmosphere is really great! Everybody here loves me! Bob is exceptionally awesome and the food is really good! LOVE the burgers! WAY better than Detroit Burger Bar! I am the traveler. Great service, awesome specials, fabulous food. You can not ask for more. Highly recommend you stop here if in the area. The wings are out of this world the best I have ever had. They have their own recipe and use never frozen fresh wings.
