Coffee was excellent and service was great. The place was nice and clean with plenty of places to sit. My only real complaint was the food. The oven was down, so the only thing available warm were breakfast tacos. The tacos were good, just not that I really wanted. The prices were also a little high. This place is awesome! When I go to a new coffee shop my go to order is an iced coconut with almond milk and it was smooth and delicioussss. This place is laid back and very nice staff. 10/10 would recommend! Will come back soon!! I visit this location and the Willis one frequently. Black rock is the nest coffee bar hands down. I love their Carmel blondie and the nitro cold brew. If your really tired and need a big pick me up try the jackhammer or I.V. :) and they offer gluten free food items!! At first I was like 😑 cos I did not like the hazelnut mocha . But staff recommended a different drink, the caramel blonde, and I loved it! Prices are little high for me but every now and then it’s a nice treat ☕️ 😊 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First I want to say I was really happy with the service I received. Everyone was very nice and great to talk to. The reason for 3 stars is I went out of my way to buy a drink here and it just didn’t live up to what I know it should. I lived in Portland for a few months and fell in love with BRC. The sugar free options are just amazing, especially the Irish cream, and it was my favorite place to go before the slopes. I occasionally would deal with burnt milk up there but I drove out of my way to get a coffee here and it just didn’t taste great. The milk was either burnt or had been heated too much and had a very odd taste. The flavoring and espresso just couldn’t compete with the slightly burnt acidic taste of the drink overall. The coffee cake I was recommended was fantastic though. I’ll give it another shot but definitely won’t be driving out of my way to do so. Price per person $10–20 Service: 5

I had a heated almond croissant today that was absolutely delicious. It was toasted to perfection and the almond paste wasn't too sweet. I also had an Americano which was hot, rich and full-bodied. Both were excellent. I'd like to thank the two baristas who were there on Dec 4 at 12:30 for doing such a great job on my order. I gave only 4 stars on atmosphere because I didn't care for the music they were playing, so I got my order to go. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I recently bought a coffee and this amazing person named Milo provided wonderful customer service. They were so sweet and helpful. I felt very welcomed by them. They definitely deserve a raise in my opinion. On another note, please bring chocolate crosonts back! Monday 1/23 @ 630pm..... obvious the employee was "done" with work for the day with her lovely personality 🙄... small caramel blondie chiller was so thin was basically an iced coffee and had absolutely zero hints of espresso. Large caramel truffle chiller had so much chocolate syrup, it was as if I just stuck a straw in a chocolate syrup bottle. Again, absolutely no espresso. My guess, with only 30 mins till closing, she had already cleaned the espresso machine and didn't want to use it so tried over flavoring drinks to hide the fact she didn't put espresso in them. I come here quite often and ALWAYS get amazing service. I went today and was surprised with a little gift for my fur baby and let’s just say he loves it.
