Stopped here for the first time today, and really enjoyed their coffee, ambience and service! I Will definitely be back! UPDATE: Second visit wasn’t as pleasant. From 5 to 1 because 0 is not an option! Don’t waste your time asking to send feedback to some email address; this is my feedback!

Starting to get a little expensive. I've been getting the same drink since they opened, and quality control is starting to slip. It used to be very consistent. Now, each time I get a drink, it tastes a little different. Too sweet. Not sweet enough. Seems like 1 drink in 4 is just right. Kids at the window are always really nice and ask me about my day, which is cool. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

Loved the atmosphere here, as many others have said, it has an urban re-claimed feel that's really cool. The carmel truffle mocha that I got was delicious and they have cool merch to boot. The prices aren't bad and slightly better or comparable to Starbucks but the sizes seem much bigger here, so more bang for your buck! Will definitely go again!

Had a green tea latte this morning. Not too busy, we had our drinks right away. The atmosphere was very nice and they kept it clean. I also like how they have a customer rewards system. If you sign up, all you have to do is give your number each time you are there and get the 10th free. Price per person $1–10 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This location needs training from the Parker location... The taste of the coffee is similar in name, YET, different in taste... I was so disappointed in this location. It was my 1st time branching out from the Parker location and highly displeased. Will NOT be returning... very dissatisfied with the taste... side note:: I ended up driving to the Parker location just to buy another one....smh.... but I can taste the difference!! The Coffee here is pretty good! But they are on the sweeter side so ask for half sweet. But I wanted to leave a review because I dealt with an incredibly rude girl this morning working the drive thru around 10am. This is the 2nd day in a row they got my order wrong. When I kindly asked her to remake my drink because I ordered a small instead of a medium, she was so rude and had such an attitude. And THEY were the ones who messed up the order. The medium has a lot more milk and when I ordered, I specifically asked to make sure it is a SMALL. I honestly am done going to this Black Rock because of how much they mess up your order. They also on multiple occasions gave me regular milk instead of oat milk. I've been to other Black Rock's and they have never been this bad. One other thing I will mention is the inside is super nice but they could really use more tables to work from. With people working from home now, more tables would be really helpful. But they need employees who can get the orders right AND when they don't just be kind about it and remake the correct order! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Coffee is bitter and lukewarm. I ordered a dark roast with a shot of espresso. The coffee still tasted weak. Got it large and the cup looks like a medium at most (about 18oz). If you can't get drip coffee and a shot of espresso right you serve little purpose as a coffee chain. Did I mention it was $5 for a bad coffee?? Never coming here again, I'll stick to dazbog! Asked for very light chocolate. That didn't happen and the ladies were just a chatting away about boys instead of paying attention. I will stick to going to the one on Broadway. They always make the drinks perfect. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Went through drive thru. Ordered Mexican mocha chiller (tastes like regular mocha but it was delicious) and an irish coffee. Taste was great. Our new go to for coffee :D Service: 5 Recommended dishes Mexican Mocha Chiller
