Great prices on lunch menu for reasonably good food. So far.. I have had the orange chicken which I loved. The yellow Thai curry was good, but not nearly as good as a couple other places in town, it lacked flavor and not enough spice or sauce. The broccoli beef was good but not my favorite. My coworker had general tsos chicken which honestly looked amazing and I will go back and try for lunch one day. I think the sushi is better than Lee's if that means anything to you. We ordered coconut yellow thai curry. Portion was good but taste was not actual thai curry. No coconut milk and no thai curry flavor available in that. Sesame chicken was too sweet and hand to chew. Food is consistently good at Black Pearl. Service is iffy. They may just have been short-staffed that day, but last time I went, I was seated quickly, then waited 10-15 minutes before they came back to take my order, a standard lunch special, nothing complicated. Over the next half hour, I watched three tables get seated after me, and all of them got their food before me. I ended up having to leave for an appointment before they got around to making my food. My favorite place to get Chinese food hands down! I don't live in Logan anymore and I will say this place is the one thing that I was very sad to leave behind. They have the best hot & sour soup I've ever had! And Kung Pao chicken is so good and flavorful!! My husband & I always got our own lunch special and it's a great deal with a very generous serving for the price. Love love this place, wish it closer to me! My wife DoorDashed this place a week ago and loved it, so we ordered take out here for dinner tonight so I could try it. The amount of food we got for the price we paid was unbelievable! We have enough food to last us probably a week and it was so cheap for the amount we received! First kiss roll and spider roll are the best! I agree with other reviews! Food is amazing, fast service, but just small things like filling up our waters goes a long way. Also, get a kids meal instead of appetizers. They are cheaper and have more food! Wow, this place was amazing. Brought our son here for his birthday. He wanted to try sushi for the first time. It did not disappoint on the variety and quality of Sushi, also a lot of other Asian dishes available for those who don't like sushi. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I generally hate to give bad reviews but we had the worst experience here last night. Took over an hour for them to bring us two rolls, other tables all around us were being served that had been there way less time. And then the rolls, one was fine but the other was truly the worst sushi we have ever had. The “salmon” inside it did not look like salmon and tasted horrible.
