We have been hearing about this restaurant for years. So we had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Grant’s Pass location. Our server, Emma was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This restaurant is lucky to have such an amazing employee. The food is so tasty, the portions are very generous, the decor so cute and warm, and the service was great! We’ll done everyone. So disappointed. I went to get clam chowder, found out they finally brought their prime rib back. So excited. I ordered 2. This was a to go order. Ron was a great server, the general manager was great. I got home to find my prime rib was over cooked. I called the restaurant and spoke with a Matthew apparently the Assistant manager, and he was no help stated that the whole rib roast was cooked that way. I went back to down and returned the food for a refund. However after driving in, going home, and back in to town. No compensation for the inconvenience of making me go out of my way to rectify their error. My fiancé and I went here after work for dinner a couple weeks ago. We were there fairly late and only saw one or two other tables. Our server came and took our order after what felt like FOREVER. After taking our order we watched her go and talk with her coworkers who were all Grouped together in the lobby just talking. After 15 min she came back and told us she forgot what our order was. So she took our order and didn’t even put it through so she could go talk to her coworkers. We also were not checked up on and had nothing to drink shortly after the food arrived. We were there for almost 2 hours on a work night just trying to get a quick meal. Will not be coming back. Service Dine in Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

our waiter Sonya would make comments about our group mentioning she doesn’t know where to start since our tickets are separate orders. She rolled her eyes when someone in our group was ordering their food. Complained about our big table- this is our family Christmas, the one time of the year we have part of our family together. We were also waiting for a coffee refill and the rest of our waters while she was on her phone. Not very hospitable for a christmas dinner, just wish we had a more pleasant & enjoyable experience with our waiter serving our family.
