Nice looking restaurant and friendly staff. Unfortunately the good things end there. We got a deep dish pizza that had an extremely thick dough and a sauce that tasted like plain tomato paste. The chicken parm was no better. It tasted like reheated frozen pieces of chicken. The chicken strips and fries were below average. This restaurant made the worst mistake that could be done. It serves a extremely undercooked chicken for children. Let me explain my negative review, share a little bit more details. The atmosphere is fine, the service is welcoming, I don't have any complaints about the work our waiter did. It could be 5 stars, but food... There is definitely a big problem. The kitchen is the heart of any restaurant. Different people have different preferences, but food should be safe, it should be prepared properly. It is the must for any place that serves food. My hungry husband ordered New Orleans jumbalaya, and he couldn't eat it. The rice was undercooked. OK, it's not a nightmare, instead of that we shared my pizza (solid 5 stars). The cocktail was good, so the restaurant still had a good chance to be on an average level... Unfortunately we ordered a kid's chicken tenders for my little daughter. Luckily I decided to cut the chicken into pieces, and there were completely raw meat inside. Raw chicken for a kid dish - is a double safety hazard. The waiter apologized, he didn't include the amount of this item price in our bill (it's the minimum for hospitality business). However I strongly believe it's a job for the management to go to the guest and express their apologies for the kitchen work, not the server. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Overall just okay. We walked in to a fairly early dinner without many people there. Had to wait a long time for our drinks and food came slowly. The actual cocktails made up for that as I got a little tipsy and happy. Avocado egg rolls were awesome. Chicken in the sandwich didn’t have any taste. Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan Toast was nice. PIZOOKIE was free as part of first time app sign up. Not too much crowd. Went here for dinner around 7:30 and surprisingly it was packed but only had to wait for about 10 mins for 2 of us. Had the Jambalaya and the peanut chicken soba noodles and the original chocolate chip cookie pazookie for dessert. The jambalaya was good! Nothing amazing but it’s flavourful and tasted fresh with the right amount of Cajun spices. The peanut chicken soba noodle bowl was great but I have to say I didn’t taste much off the peanut sauce. It’s fresh and healthy and perfect for one person. The dessert is a must Ofc you come here for the pazookie as it’s ahhmazing! BJ's Restauraunt & Brewhouse is my Favorite Family Restaurant in Downtown Redmond. I have come here on many occasions with my 2 Daughters and Family. Each visit I have an amazing experience and Staff is Super Friendly here. All of their Cuisine is Super Delicous, From their Burgers, Steaks & Seafood. But there is one thing on the Menu I suggest, and that is their Famous Pizookie. There are different types of Pizookies. This visit ai had ordered their Halloween Pizookie. Cookies N' Cream cookie topped with Oreo Cookie Crumbs. It was the bedt Pizookie I had. Every Family should visit here for my recommendation.
