This was the most delicious chicken pho I have eaten. The 48 hour broth is amazingly flavorful with grilled chicken with a hint of sweetness. The grilled beef in the beef pho was equally fantastic. The grilled protein is served on the side for you to add to the soup. Fried spring rolls were very good. The ownership is new this month and the family member who served us was welcoming. We will return! December 17. I’ve returned twice this week and the food is SO delicious! I was in town for a short visit and knew this was THE restaurant I wanted to return to. The food is fresh. And plentiful. And packed with vegetables. And the broth is packed with the best flavor of any pho I have ever eaten. No kidding! There’s a saying that if you are sick, eat chicken soup. But I’m convinced that the way to stay healthy is to eat THIS chicken pho! And all of their yummy food. Beef vermicelli. Chicken vermicelli. Grilled chicken. Thank you for such a great dinner and welcoming service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Egg Roll - Cha Gio

This is my favorite Vietnamese/Pho Restaurant in NJ. Good price for high quality, high volume, and fresh ingredients. I always leave this place feeling like I ate a really fresh salad. I usually get the Beef Vermicelli Bowl. I always ask for a bowl of the "48 hours broth" used in their Pho. They give it as a free side. I am Korean. The beef they use is what Koreans call "L.A. Galbi". But my family of 4 agrees that they make it better than the Korean restaurants. And the value is great (lower price & bigger portions). They recommended to me the Spring Roll w/Pork Sausage. It is really good. Though most other places would define the "unfried" roll as a Summer Roll. This place opened a few months ago. The two (or more) previous Vietnamese Restaurants at this location went out of business and did not last. That is why I wrote this review and added my two pictures. I really want this place to stay in business! Please try this place! And please spread the word! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Fantastic Vietnamese. Under new ownership as of late 2023 Old restaurant introduced me to Vietnamese food and Pho specifically. I have gone out of my way to try different restaurants throughout the area, and when I tried this place again under the new management it instantly became my favorite. I never leave reviews but want this place to do well! This place changed ownership about three months ago, according to the owner's daughter. We had been to the previous place since moving here 5 years ago, and it was average. We also went twice when it was supposed to be open, only to find it closed. The new menu is simple, and the food we had (summer rolls, banh mi, the special and grilled pho, and bun ho hue) was delicious and fresh with good portions at a reasonable price point. The noodles had the right texture, you could tell that the summer rolls were made just then, and the pork was grilled nicely and was tasty. Very pleased that we now have a fantastic Vietnamese place nearby. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Grilled Pork Banh MI

Was in the mood for pho and stumbled upon this spot. Super glad I did cause the pho was delicious and being that I'm Vietnamese, I'm really picky with where I get pho. Most places I've been to in NY and NNJ have been average so this was the best pho I've had in a while. Friendly staff and owners are new with an extremely successful pho restaurant in Vietnam so its as authentic as it gets. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes House Pho

Somewhat weary of a recent review we arrived here and were treated absolutely wonderfully. Food was prompt and tasty. The spring rolls have a crackly, crusty exterior that I love because they use what I believe is rice paper rather than something with gluten flour like a Chinese style egg roll. Very tasty and came out quickly. The pho was nice as well with crisp, fresh toppings. It’s more on the savory side perhaps they don’t use a lot of the pho spices but it was a nice experience none the less.

Excellent Pho! However the service is lacking because I believe they are understaffed. Highly recommend if you don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for excellent pho! The spring rolls are really good too! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I love Vietnamese food. I've traveled to north and south Vietnam in search of the perfect bowl of pho, and I've tried countless places in NYC for 7 years before moving to Bergen County. I can say this is the best Vietnamese food I've had in NYC area, period! Their pho is authentically phenomenal, definitely not Americanized. They might not have the typical offals but they're authentic, the real difference is in the soup. This is definitely one of NJ's gem.
