The service was very good but the portions were ok. The lemonade was majority ice and not refillable, also pricey for the amount given. You have to park along the street and pay for it. Billy's Downtown Diner is open for breakfast and lunch. This location can be found in Bethlehem off of E Broad St. I was extremely satisfied with my visit. The food was delicious and our server Lauren was awesome. I ordered the Sriracha Bowl. It's a tortilla bowl filled with classic papas, pork carnitas, scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, diced tomatoes, melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, guacamole, pickled jalapeños, scallions, and sriracha sauce. So unique, so good! Billy's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup and delivery are both available. I Love Billy’s Downtown Bethlehem a lot better than the one in Easton. Food and Service is Always Great. Shout Out to our waitress today who was “Brittany “ she’s the BEST 👍🏾 BILLY’s is a Must Try.. My wife and I visited from out of town. We dropped in for breakfast on Sunday 12/17. We got a warm welcome at the door. Loved the vibe. Their high-back bench seating is comfortable, and the lighting perfect. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our omelettes were delicious. Highly recommended.
