First time here.. Let’s start with the location, it’s great if you work in Exxon plant. I love the old building, it brings character. They don’t have outdoor seating but if you don’t mind a slight smoky restaurant, they have enough seating and it’s clean. The service is good, not your usual happy welcoming “mom and pops” place vibe, but they are nice. Now the food….. I ordered the brisket potato fully loaded, it comes with 2 bbq sauces. I do like that they carve out the potato and mix it with butter and sour cream and then stuff it again, and layer it with a blended cheese, brisket, chives and jalapeños. Now the BRISKET….. ok, in my opinion I prefer more Bark on briskets. But I do think that the flavor is great! I think this is a great spot for a quick lunch. Definitely a must try in Baytown!!
Saw a post on fb about this place. What was posted looked delicious! So I took the chance and came to try this amazing looking food. Ordered the chopped brisket sandwich with a side of baked beans and side of macaroni and cheese.
I am going to say this... The brisket was super delicious! Great smoked flavor and aroma! The bun was toasted and stayed together till the last bite! They didnt add any bbq sauce to hide any flaw in the brisket which was good. Oh and their sauce! The sauce was thin and light tasting. It complimented the brisket very well with a good hint of the apple cider vinegar and slight sweetness to complement that! Mac and cheese was very creamy, a little on the thicker side but it was good. And beans were sweet. I would definitely come back here again and very affordable for brisket along with the large portions given! If you wanna full belly and food with flavor and up to par, come to this hole in the wall. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
When I came in there wasn't anyone here it was about 11:30 but slowly picked up thru the next 30 min of eating. No loud music so you can have a conversation with whom ever you come with.

We have been there like 4 times. The food was good the few times I was able to eat there. However, the last two times have been a fail. The time before last we all ordered, and I asked for NO sour cream on my baked potato. It came out with sour cream on it. So they then come out and say they have no more potatoes. So the rest of the family ate and I didn't because they all had their food already and I didn't want anything else. So we went on Friday at about 1:30 and they didn't have any potatoes. But they don't close until 7 pm. we asked if they were going to have anymore. We were told no by the kitchen staff. So we were leaving, and a guy( the owner, I'm guessing) came out and asked if we had a problem. I told him yes, y'all don't have any potatoes for the second time he said we could wait an hour, and they would have some more. Two times and service ( or lack there of) sucked so I don't think we'll be driving out of our way to go back there again. We had given good praise to friends and family from the first two visits, but not anymore. If you want a baked potato, don't waste your time because chances are they will be out. I guess they only make a hand full the first time they ran out it was at lunchtime.

Probably the best dry rub ribs I've had, and brisket was super moist and tender! Highly recommend this place!! Great prices, great food, very clean, friendly staff. Can't wait to try one of their stuffed baked potatoes next. Hidden gem in Baytown!

I finally got to stop by with my wife to try them out and it was amazing.
I got a 3 meat plate with two sides for 18.99. The portions were solidly sized too.
Baytown has needed a quality hand crafted bbq joint like this for a while! The prices are very fair as well especially considering how crazy the cost of meat has been lately. A lb of brisket is only 22 dollars compared to some places that charge 33 or more. To me that's a steal for the quality and flavor of what I had.
The owner was nice and came out and asked us how everything was and I cannot wait to come back and try one of their monster breakfast tacos one morning.

BBQ baked potato was very good!!! However, they only serve two tiny cups of BBQ sauce with it. It is pretty good even with minimal sauce, but next time I will be sure to order extra sauce.

Loaded potatoes with brisket was excellent, my friend had the ribs which was falling off the bone. The customer service was just as good as the food. I will be coming again for sure
