Not a large bakery. However, has a very nice range of very tasty pies, along with savouries, chicken pieces, chips, cakes, slices, biscuits etc. You can even grab a cold drink or your favourite coffee to go.
Good local bakery. Prices are way better than anywhere else but food is great and coffee delicious (did I mention it's $1 less than in any other cafe around? :)
The ladies at the counter were a bit worried that I took a photo, but were nice nevertheless. Made my takeaway coffee in no time. I like such quick service
INTERIOR:- Clean.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:- Fantastic. Warm friendly bunch.
FOOD OPTIONS:- Alot of food on offer. Great selection.
Walk into the bakery regardless of the time of day (especially near closing time) still a lot of food on offer at the end of the day which pretty much speaks for itself.
PIES are disgusting, despite a news paper clipping of this bakery earning best pie some years back.
SWEET selection of slices, biscuits, cakes have definitely been sitting there for a few days. Fresh products are still below average. Mainly stale.
SANDWICHES are average to below average. Depends on what you buy. However bulk of the fillings is lettuce. They put ham/chicken/meat on the top to make it look filling, however, sitting on large amount of lettuce.
All in all. I would give this bakery a big miss unless your only going in to buy a drink.
These guys have let me down one time too many. Bad chips, dry pies. They try give fruit for free. I just want a fresh pie and chips. They’re so cheap and cut corners. Sad bakery. Never going back. The wok place next door has awesome pies!
