We all enjoyed our hot and fresh meals and are happy that we chose this Big Boy to stop for a bite on our little road trip. What particularly stood out was our server Alexis. First time going here last time. Going there the potato hash Browns were nasty taste like a dirty grill. I walked into the bathroom when I first got there and I had a bad vibe. This old gem needs to live on forever. Went recently with my wife and it was like traveling back in time. It was exactly the same as it was when I would go there with my grandparents as a kid. Also, huge plus, they still have a breakfast buffet!! That's why we went. That's not the only reason though, the food is always delicious. Word of advice though, the claw machines suck!! Avoid them like the plague, they're a scam like most are anymore. The claws don't even close on them. :( I remember when claw machines were a game of skill, not a rip off that is programmed to pay out only after a certain amount of money has gone in the machine. Waitress very efficient and friendly. The food was fantastic as usual cudos to the chef. We haul loads .and stop there. we are from fort Wayne Indiana. Haven't had bobs big boy for 10 years. They have closed most of them in California. Pretty close to what i remember. I mean if you like meat and cheese this is the burger for you. We went for the $0.99 Big Boy Burger night. Let me tell you, the Big Mac has nothing on that burger. I have also had the breakfast there and the French toast, and strawberry waffles are absolutely delicious.
