It's been a while since I had a slim . I was so looking forward to it. I know why Bigs boys are closing. There was 2 thin slices of Deli meat style ham . The tomatoes were the meat of the sandwich. From start to finish, our family had a wonderful experience. We were greated at the door with friendly staff, seated where it wasn't crowded (I have 4 small kids). Food came out amazing, we had 2 orders of French toast. Our server Monica put the Carmel sauce on the side for me so I can use as much as I wanted. Order of waffles, and Mickey mouse hot cakes. Everything was delicious. Our food was perfect, all the food came hot and altogether. The general manager Tyler was very accommodating, he checked up on our table a couple of times to check how the food and service was, or if we needed anything. Monica, our server, made sure my kids were happy and enjoying themselves. She came over with wonderful conversations, crayons and activity sheets, and enticed my kids to be good and eat their food for a special treat, which were cookies. My 2 year old son just loved her! They made the dine in such a wonderful experience. We still had plenty of food left and took it home. Monica even hooked us up with an extra bowl of cool whip, which the kids loved with the waffle. This Big Boy is recently taken over by new management. They are still working out the kicks of running a restaurant. Food was ok. Service was okay. Will be back when these things are corrected. Big Boy has improved SO much since the Covid slump! The slim Jim's are back on point, the burgers looked great, and the onion rings are, once again, to die for. I still miss old faves like eggs Benedict and fish without breading (hint hints to Corporate) but they've really come back to a fun, timely, and friendly experience. It had been a very long time since we have been there and figured we would give it another shot, we'll, 3 yrs later still terrible. Staff was slow moving in general, our neighbors table sat piled with dirty dishes the whole time we were there, while what appeared to be the manager walked around chit chatting. 30 mins of waiting for our food in a restaurant that had only 4 tables, netted us some pretty yucky food, my big boy sandwich looked like it mashed down with finger marks in the bun, my son took 2 bites of his spaghetti and said no good dad. And my daughters dark brown chicken dinner was obviously cooked in a very dirty fryer. Twice is enough, won't be back here again. Oh yeah, not to mention the thick dried syrup on the outer end of the table, should have walked before we ordered, but optimization won our. Breakfast was so dang good!! Everything tasted delicious and you aren't limited to your choices 😋 !! Went back and got dinner a few months later!! I had the Chicken Ceasar salad!! The presentation and taste was INCREDIBLE!! Our waitress with Chenitha! She was super kind and thoughtful! 5 Star Rating!!

I was very surprised that big boys served pizza at this location. I did enjoy the pizza it was very good big crust and big slices of pizza. The presentation of the pizza and bread sticks were good. Store was clean and staff was very friendly. Which is why I still gave a 5 star rating. Because pizza good and bread sticks good and staff friendly. I would recommend to try pizza. I will be returning again in the future.

I think the cook didn't drop my onion rings until the rest of the food was done. At that point I would have rather had all our food and the rings brought out later. Both our burgers were curled up and burnt on the edge and super dry. I had to ask the waitress for more toppings as my mushroom Swiss burger had 3 thin sliced mushroom chips. And the bacon, wasn't even a whole piece. For a $13.50 burger, it was a total rip off. The malt was super thin, like chocolate milk thin. The seasoning salt and onion rings were the only good things. There was a gross amount of dust on the walls near the vents. The waitress was kind, but won't go back. The bill will the tip was $45 for 2 burgers, 1 order of fries, 1 order of onion rings and 1 chocolate malt. I can get 4 pork butts at Meijer for that price. It just makes me sad to waste money on dining out. We just really wanted burgers and shakes. Next time, I'll go to Meijer and make my own. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
