The food was okay, but the atmosphere and the people created a lovely buzz.
Enjoyed the fries the most... I also wished that they had more variety on their menu.
Outside of that and having to flag someone down for service, they are a lovely establishment to visit with friends.

The one in Lynwood (Hatfield) was really disappointing. We waited a while to be attended to, the waiter didn’t even come back to get our order, we had to ask for a new waiter, so the service was extremely poor. We ordered burgers and the burger buns and meat was dry and cold. A lot of items on the menu were not available. The place is small and cramped with no air conditioning you can imagine how hot and stuffy it gets when it’s packed. I really regret it and will not be coming back again neither would I recommend it for anyone to try.

I love the graffiti all around😊it really gives off hip vibes. Definitely a place for vibes and if you want a low-key casual date. I was a bit disappointed with the food, the burger patties were not seasoned. At all. The chips were a bit of a shock because they resembled Simba chips 😭😩I thought I would be getting some good old French fries. I honestly feel like their chips should be an option alongside something else but I commend them for being different.
Oh my goodness what a horrible time I had at this place. The 1 star rating is because of the vibe and street decor that was quite relaxing and that is where it ended for me.
When we got there we had to look for a table ourselves, I sort of expected that cause it has that easy street stall vibe which you sit yourself and order at the counter.
So I went to the counter to order and there was a waiter who said that he will come and serve us from our table. We waited 15min before the waiter came and he comes with no menu(given it's a street bar they could have the menu on a board,visible to everyone), so he had to get the menu that took another 15min.
Finally we ordered food and drinks, the minimum price for cocktails served in a small plastic cup is R80, I couldn't believe it. The drinks took another 20min to come. Anyway we waited for over 1h15min for our food the waiter kept on telling us that the food was coming but other tables got food.
Eventually when the food came it was missing burgers and chips(which is what we came for) and we were told that the burgers are fishened no alternatives, no apology, no nothing actually the waiter was very annoyed with us which took us by surprise since we had waited so long for food that was never coming. We got 2 small slices of pizza which cost R60. I mean at this point we were over the whole thing. We left. And by the way there were only 2 waiters serving the whole place. I don't think they cared about our experience which is sad.
If you are looking for service you will not get it here definitely but it is a great spot to hang out with friends and chill.
The service was great really enjoyed the burgers if you're trying to quit smoking I wouldn't suggest there's a lot of ariel smoking there it is a street bar so that makes sense the service amazing the waiter was really friendly and understanding I take time to decide on what I want and he was very patient overall I definitely recommend

I went there with my colleagues for a late lunch on the 28th of December 2024 at Greenside, the service was terrible, it took a hour for us to get noticed or helped by the waiters, some were not bothering to help us at all, just kept looking the other way, the food all gave us food poisoning, as I write this review, my other colleague is in hospital fighting for her life, the is no smoking area, people just smoke infront of other people. It took as ages to pay for the bill, we were treated as if we cannot pay our bill.
Please do not go to the establishment, the TikTok reviews are false, please don't go here if you value your life

The service was horrible. We were standing waiting to be attended too for so long. The place was full and we got seated next to the generator, which was so loud. We did though enjoy our meals so the stars are just only for that. The place was kind of disappointing and a bit different from what we had seen online. They also got our bill wrong which was also a huge inconvenience.
The menu has few items. We ordered burgers and pizza. We were told there's no pizza 😔 . Apparently the dough that was made the night before was not okay, my question why can't you make another dough as customers will definitely want pizza.
