To be honest I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. Yes, we visited the place off-season and only had a couple of coffees (many comments talk about the bad quality of the food, I can not say anything about that), but all-in-all was a really nice experience: ok prices and service, coffee of good quality and a wonderful terrace at the seaside.
I hope they can sort the existing issues and get more positive reviews in the future.

Went to this place to work until lunchtime for three hours, bought two breakfasts and 4 coffees - very expensive and unpalatable. At the same time, the coffee was not included in the bill, a very lazy and unresponsive waiter took money for it without a receipt.
After two hours the waiter very rudely closed the umbrella over us and told us — you can't stay here, it's not possible.
At the same time the cafe was almost empty, we were not disturbing anyone! What is wrong with this place?

O bar Bermuda de apoio à praia do hotel Avala Resort & Villas, deve disciplinar os seus empregados por estes denegrirem a imagem deste resort. Cobram aos clientes valores superiores aos indicados no menu. Pedi uma garrafa de água, tendo sido informado que custava 6€, depois cobrou 5€, quando no menu estava 4,50€. O empregado depois de confrontado, nem pediu desculpa. Indiciando uma prática corrente.

We ordered 2x ice coffe and Cheeseburgers. Waiter forgot about one cofee and i reminder him about it. The gave us 2x more coffes and one of waiters yelled at us that we ordered it but we didnt. We didnt argue with them. They wanted payment in the midle of meal.
The worst restaurant in Budvha.

Rude and unprofessional staff. If they replaced the people working there it could be a great place. Only espresso and croissants are good.

I dont get why people add such a negative comments....
food is in a very good quality compared to their price.
Service is not the best but nothing wrong with it. In 1.5 hour time staying at the resturant, 4 times maybe the waitress reached us and asked if we need anything etc.
Also, location is amazing. In the middle of old-town and mogren beach :)

I would like to tell you what the food and drink were like but we stood and waited at the counter for 5 minutes whilst every employee ignored us. It takes something special to make yourself stand out in a country where most people are friendly and the service is attentive and cordial, but I'm not sure this is how you do it...

This restaurant is AMAZING! Great value for food, the staff is super friendly and it is in front of the beach. I highly recommend it :) I had the chicken avocado sandwich and it was delicious.

Service is indeed not great. If you just wanna have a drink next to the beach, it’s a good place to have a quick break. We had fries which were not very tasty lol.

DO NOT GO HERE… The staff and service were the worst we’ve ever experienced in over 30 years of travelling… They went out of their way to ignore us and the young girl serving with the braces was EXTREMELY RUDE… such a shame as the outlook was so beautiful….
