Quick and efficient service when ordering. I stopped over at QFC while I was waiting. I was putting my groceries in my car and the woman who was working behind the counter brought my order out to me. Above and beyond service and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Food was delicious with generous serving sizes. Delicious Teriyaki flavors at this convenient neighborhood joint. We stopping to grab a quick bite to go- super glad we did! Food was still hot when we got to our destination and everything was bursting with flavor. I love that their sauce isn’t to thick. It’s just perfect . They happily substituted double salad instead of rice. Generous portions and great prices. Highly recommended! Fast, reasonable price and pleasnt 9 people. Unfortunately the chicken teriyaki was just average. The chicken was not marinated long enough but cooked well. The teriyaki sauce was not sweet enough for me. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Been coming here for 10 years and has always been consistent. Recently, however, quality and portion sizes have gone down. They also removed the lunch special which was great if you wanted something smaller/lighter. $14 for unseasoned chicken bread with plain rice and iceberg lettuce is just disappointing. Hoping they can change things up since they have been my local go to for years. Solid teriyaki. Not the best ever, but I've tried hundreds of teriyaki restaurants and this is towards the higher quality end when it comes to taste. My only real complaint is they don't give you as much rice as most teriyaki places. To give you a visualization, when you order to-go, the largest section of the to-go box (where the chicken goes) doesn't have any rice. Most places put the chicken on top of rice in that large section of the container, and then give you one more scoop of rice in one of the smaller sections. Maybe that is a good thing if you want more chicken, although I'm not positive this leads to more chicken compared to places that put rice underneath the chicken. With the way Bento does it, I find myself running out of rice before my chicken is close to gone. But overall, if you're looking for good teriyaki, this place fits the bill. I was looking for something quick while I was in town. Chicken and Gyoza was absolutely delicious! Chefs took my order and made my food. Very friendly and quick. I will definitely eat here when I'm in town again. ♥️

From the minute I walked in to the second I walked out, it was friendly service. One comment on this place said that their portions were small for the price they were charging - absolutely not true. I ordered the spicy chicken and it was delicious!! This is the type of place where I wouldn't mind becoming a weekly regular customer. I had no dislikes about the place, the workers, or the food. Give this place a try. (Not pictured is the side salad that comes with the meal).

We’ve been regular customers for more than ten years. Mostly diners with an occasional lunch. Lunches have always been a great buy at around $6-8.00. We phoned in an order for one teriyaki chicken lunch. We got a spicy chicken lunch instead and at it were charged $15.00. The person behind the counter was rude and insisted we were wrong. Turns out the store was sold and is under new management. I told the person I was very unhappy and would probably not return. The person said “OK”. Goodby good service and great prices!!
