Went there for a sweet treat. What an amazing customer service! Don’t know what you want due to the large choices? They got you !!! Plus they have dairy and GF options! Simply amazing ! Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Waffle Cone Sundae

Perfectly placed by the elevators on the casino floor inside of the Hard Rock. TONS of options for ice cream and toppings. The employees were super sweet with positive attitudes. You can definitely see the smile through the mask on the kid who made the BANANA SPLIT OF MY DREAMS. Worth every penny.

Love Ben and Jerry’s 🍦 They have a ton of options and it’s all delicious. My only negative about this shop is the location inside hard rock. It’s a hassle to park and get inside. I got a chocolate dipped cone with coffee and chocolate fudge brownie!!😍 It’s also expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Delicious ice cream but the staff seemed uninterested. Almost like they didn't want to be there. Also I got a cute shot glass that looks like a milk pal.

Loved our visit to Ben & Jerry’s. We live in a small town and we can never find my son and husband’s favorite flavor, Phish Food. They were pleased to see it offered here. Ice cream was excellent and the customer service was great. It was very busy and all staff were working hard to get everyone served. We will definitely return.

It's usually packed and the couple of times I did get ice cream 🍦 it started melting before I got to the vehicle downstairs. The shakes are not all that to me. My husband says I am too picky. He doesn't like it at all. Anyone working in the food industry should have to wear gloves and sanitize the equipment, area, and hands between customers. I have OCD from being in the Army and cleanliness is a big deal.

Just to clear the air, I would NEVER give this place 1 star on an average day. It forced me to give 1 star In order to absolutely slander this “chain.” Out of vanilla ice cream, out of cookies and cream, and out of penicillin shots which I was in DESPERATE need of after dealing with this TERRIBLE staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone and a friend of mine had ciggerette ashes in his milkshake. Be safe out there guys. #cancelbenandjerrys
