Alright folks, took a little family outing to Ben & Jerry's on Route 9 in Natick, MA. Now, I've been to my fair share of ice cream places, but this one? Whew, it's like they scooped out a piece of the North Pole and plunked it right there in Massachusetts. My mom, she's picky with her flavors, and my two girls? They treat picking an ice cream like they're choosing a college major. So much contemplation! But those young guys at the counter, saints, I tell ya. We probably looked like a wandering band of indecisive dessert seekers. With the patience of monks, they helped us navigate the vast seas of flavors. Not a hint of annoyance, just genuine smiles and maybe a suppressed chuckle or two at our little ice cream drama. By the end, with the perfect scoops in hand and my kids’ faces lighting up, I knew we'd found our go-to ice cream spot. Five creamy, joy-filled stars for Ben & Jerry's on Route 9. And if anyone's asking, any day with ice cream is automatically a good day, especially when shared with family.

i got the cookie sundae and it wasn’t as i expected. the cookies were super hard and after a few tries i gave up. the sorbet tasted old. which makes sense because it was the only dairy free option. in addition to another ice cream. the man working made it very difficult to understand what he was saying and it took a lot of talking to order. i always hear amazing things about ben & jerry’s but this wasn’t it for me.

Ben and Jerry’s is the best place to get ice cream. Whether it’s your hand packed pint or quart-it’s fresh and amazing. Their milkshakes are great as well. Brought an Ice cream cake for my husbands birthday the cake was yum. 3 layer chocolate cake chocolate in the bottom then cheese cake on top and finally decorated with whipping cream. This place used to be good but now the careless two ladies working are spraying chemicals near where people are eating. The redhead is the most uncaring. We came in and she sprayed the bottle directly in our faces next table over. I'm pissed and I pray for anyone who comes here. Ver disappointing. The proper way to do things is to wait till people are done eating not like there in a hurry were the only ones in here bunch of morons Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I ever had to choose between Ben & Jerry's and Cold Stone, I will always choose Ben & Jerry's. I love the variety of flavors they offer, my favorite/go-to is the Stephen Colbert The Amercon Dream. If you guys never had it before I strongly recommend it. As far as the location goes, I think it's awesome and it's extremely convenient that it's located right outside of the mall. The staff is crazy friendly and helpful when it comes to helping you decided what flavor to choose. Overall great place and really good. I can't wait to visit this place again. *********************Reply to owner********************************** I would suggest to move some of your tables outside. This would provide more space inside and not feel as tight. Especially, when you have a larger crowd waiting in line. Other than that, you guys did a great job and I would visit this place again.

Really a 4.6. always enjoy the ice cream here. Good variety of flavors. Clean and servers were waiting to help you. Samples of ice cream are available if you're not sure about a flavor.

Highly recommend for those with allergies! Our group of 8 came in 20 mins before closing. They crew was BEYOND helpful!! One of the guys searched all over for their allergy binder (someone had misplaced it - they typically keep it in the same place for easy access) he practically tore the place apart promising that he'd find it so that I could find an ice cream without soy. - he was SO determined, celebrated when he found it, and was excited for me to be able to enjoy some ice cream. GREAT experience. The binder was SO helpful to see all the ingredients in every ice cream with allergy info flagged.
