Clean, pleasant dining, it's a bakery but they do have traditional breakfast foods like omelette rice and congee. Ordering is quick, you can pick bakery items or order other foods from the counter and you get a pager to notify you when your food is ready for collection. There are also bakery gift items for purchase so we bought strawberry puffs for a friend. Great chain coffee shop location right on the river. Wide assortment of pastries and coffee. Menu in both thai and english. the lemon croissant is definitely worth a train. the caramel macchiato, americano, and latte were all well made. air-conditioned seating on main floor. high tops, booth,and table seating. outdoor seating with floor fans that provide a view of river on top floor. plenty of places to charge devices and free wifi. Beautiful restaurant overlooking Riverside. Good food and very clean. Western standards. Nice atmosphere. Great selection of Honda motorcycles on ground floor. Short distance from beach in Rayong. Good open indoor space with a view. Choice of coffee types and sweet treats. Flourless chocolate roll was a chocoholics delight. Probably the best Belinee’s I’ve seen so far. Nice river view and spacious. They have a large collections of minibike especially Honda Monkey downstairs as well as outdoor area which is next to the river. The shop is located on the 2nd floor with a good variety of bakery and drink.

Very nice and organized place with more European kind of food, bakery... you can dine in or go eat next to the river. Possible to have a cheap 30 min ride on the river near the bakery... very peaceful Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast
